Sneak Peek: Fly Bikes X Etnies Tripod Seat

It looks like a handful of brands are starting to show off their 2016 products that they will be releasing later this year. Fly Bikes dropped a sneak peek look at their collaboration Tripod seat they’re doing with Etnies that will be available some time around September. Based off the photo, it looks like they have taken inspiration from a shoe with a similar look with the stitching and leather accents. Expect plenty more previews from Fly in the coming weeks since it sounds like they’re going to be releasing a look at a new product every week up until Interbike.

Update: Fly Bikes released a photo of the brown leather version of this seat!

Mat Hoffman and Dennis McCoy Collide – Part 1

This one is kind of all over the place with Mat Hoffman and Dennis McCoy riding Mat’s vert ramp, then they get into X-Games and some sky diving, but it all comes back together at the end giving us a little look into a very scary situation for two riders to be in, especially coming in hot from an air out of a vert ramp. Matt Coplon – 8 Hours in Tampa

To celebrate his birthday (which is actually today!), Matt Coplon hit the streets of Tampa for a full day of cruising spots, enjoying the sunshine. Check out this rad BMX video that he cooked up from his pre-birthday session on Sunday! Looks like it was a damn good day to us!

“On the cusp of my 38th birthday, I asked Mark Mulville to help film a full day’s session in Tampa.
Each week, on Sunday, I wake up at 7am, am out the door by 9am, and am usually riding no later than half past.
It’s become a ritual.
On turning 38, as it was the same when I was 13, bmx remains therapeutic. Most of the time, in its simplest form: pedaling through the streets away from the grind of the day to day.
To celebrate those coveted hours pedaling through Tampa, I thought it’d be a challenge to make it a full 8 hour session (in 85% humidity and at 95 degrees, you have to take what you get this time of year) and document everything worth grabbing.
What’s left are the clips I was most stoked on. Nothing ground breaking…just a representation of what I look forward to come every Sunday.

It looks like the locals of Bournemouth over in the U.K have a fresh cement bowl to cruise around! Check this video Maverick Industries, who built the park, put together giving you a look at the first session at the place. Looks amazing.
