On The Road Again
It looks like today I’ll be heading out on another road trip adventure. This time around Reed Stark and I will be making our way over to Milwaukee, Wiscompton to meet up with the Sun Ringle team and loading up the van. We will be hitting the DK Dirt Circuit on Sunday and then a full week of unplanned adventures that will end up in Pennsylvania for the Welcome Jam at the Potoczny house. Followed by a straight shot back to Milwaukee. I’ll be trying to do photo updates as much as possible but since we’re going to be camping out everyday the wi-fi might be a bit limited. Tony Malouf is coming along as well to film so there should be at least a video or two coming from him too. Get psyched!
Welcome Jam 2010 Flyer & Q&A
What do you get when you get two awesome brothers who can shred and happen to have some real dialed trails and know how to have a good time? Well, you get the Potoczny brothers and their annual trails jam that has been going on for years. The Welcome Jam is going down this year on August 28th and it’s bound to be a damn good time. From the looks of it, I’ll be rolling halfway across the country with the Sun Ringle crew starting this weekend and ending up at the jam on the 28th. I hit up Mark to get some more details about the jam and he sent over some photos and videos from the past jams to go with his answers for you! See you there!

Is it just me, or has BMX been getting quite a bit more exposure lately? Has it been growing? Where has all this money come from? I’ve been having a bunch of things running through my head the last few days (this post is two days in the works) about what feels like quite a bit of growth of BMX lately. Fly Bikes Cobra Tube
I ended up getting a flat the other night… well, I didn’t.. I let some people ride the new whip around the other night and it ended up with a flat and nobody knew who did it. So I decided if I was going to try a new tube I might as well see what all the hype is for these new Fly Bikes Cobra Tubes that came out a little while ago. I decided to film the process of installing it just to see if it was quicker. I made a few cuts to the video just to speed things up but it didn’t take much time at all. Pretty cool concept and I can dig it. Yes, I rock flat head screw drivers too… I’ve been around the block a few times and know what I’m doing.
Dew Tour Chicago 2010 Photos
So, the weekend came and went pretty quick. My 4 day trip to Chicago was filled with tornados, monsoons, BMX, parties, laughs, and in general good times. I really don’t get too overly blown away by contests since it’s a lot of the same tricks and expected runs from the guys, but it’s a real good excuse to go see everyone and just get some chill time from life and do something different.
