Christian Gattinger “Bad News”

January 4, 2021

It’s never good getting bad news, but fortunately this new one from Freedom BMX featuring Christian Gattinger isn’t actually bad news at all. Hit play for over 2 minutes of action from the streets of Germany!

“Here are some leftovers from Christian Gattinger’s entry to our Bangers Freestyle Film Festival for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy!

Servus, here comes the new video from Christian Gattinger! The 360-degree team driver has rummaged through his hard drive and discovered some previously unpublished clips of himself and his filmmaker homies. Thick shoutout at this point to the three. You really did a great job on Christian’s Bangers video!

Most of the clips for the video above, which is a kind of Bangers leftover edit, were stacked by the guys in Landshut, Freising and Munich in summer 2020. A few beers and snippets of newspaper later “Bad News” was ready. Christian was of the opinion that since you read almost only negative in the newspaper at the moment, the title actually fits quite well. He is not entirely wrong about that.

The result is reminiscent of the design of the “Fake News” tape by the Ciao crew, so you are in good company. What the two videos also have in common is that they are driven in a refreshingly calm street. Anyone who is enthusiastic about grind sports should definitely take a look here. Yeww!

This has a real solid mix of tricks on a few different bike setups, making for a great watch.

Eoin Flynn – A Day In Dublin

January 4, 2021

It’s been a little while since we’ve seen Eoin Flynn‘s name pop up on a video. Here’s a look at what he got in during a day of riding at the park in Dublin, Ireland. This one has a pretty chill vibe to it, but it’s a solid watch. Take a peek!

“Filmed over a somewhat damp a dreary day Dublin. Too cold and miserable for the streets Eoin Flynn takes off to Cork Street skatepark & does what he does best.

Filmed & edited by Jake Ryan.”

Mykel Larrin OFF Rockstar

A post shared by Mykel Larrin (@mykellarrin)

We’ve seen a bunch of sponsor news the past two or so weeks, but this one was probably one of the more unexpected bits of news. As of 2021, Mykel Larrin is no longer riding for Rockstar Energy. Based on his caption, it sounds like he was let go which is real surprising considering Mykel has been on fire and it seems like 2021 was going to be another good year for him. However, Rockstar also let Ryan Nyquist go as well after 13 years with the team, so it’s most likely a budget change or restructure caused by corporate BS.
It will be interesting to see if anyone else on the Rockstar team gets let go. Right now, the team consists of Dennis Enarson, Chad Kerley, Chase Hawk, Logan Martin, TJ Ellis, Marcus Christopher, Sean Ricany, Nick Bruce, Cory Nastazio, Tom Dugan and Brandon Loupos.

Terry Adams – More Than Motivated

January 4, 2021

With the new year, Terry Adams decided he wanted to do something giving you guys some insight into his life. Here’s the first video which is 22 minutes of an almost day in the life, but it shows us what he’s been doing like his exercise plan, how he is training and staying ready for flatland contests once those stat happening again, along with some insights into what he gets into off his bike. This is a pretty cool look at a pro does to keep himself motivated, in shape and on top of his riding. It’s somewhat a vlog style video, but almost more of a documentary. Take a peek!

“On the first day of 2021 I wanted to give you guys some insight of what my daily routine was for 2020. My goal was to give it my all. On and off the bike I worked my ass off. I’m extremely happy with my results and how much I’ve progressed as a person and a rider. Check out this 22 minute raw documentary filmed in one day that takes you through my daily routines, reasons for pushing myself, & my mindset behind all the motivation. Filmed & edited by Mickey Gaidos” – Terry Adams

Chris Childs – Running Out Of Daylight

January 3, 2021

You can’t go wrong with a new Chris Childs video! Here’s a new one from the night sessions he has been getting in as of late with some of his friends around Providence, Rhode Island. As expected, Chris slays spots galore with grinds, gaps and more. Take a look!

“Day or night, crap weather or not, rest assured Chris Childs will be charging spots all over Providence, Rhode Island, with his no holds barred style. Chris’ latest effort features cameos from Cam Child’s, Bobby Proctor, and Shaun Gingras and sums up their street antics right up until according to Chris, “winter hit us right on the forehead.”
