Source BMX uploaded another submission for the 2020 Battle of Hastings Video Qualifier contest! This time around we get a look at what Yuma Oshimo cooked up from the streets of Japan! Yuma delivers with a good mix of tricks and spots, making for a solid watch!

With all the crazy things going on these days, it’s kind of nice just watching a chill edit from a day of riding at a small local park. Here’s a short but sweet one that Jesse Trnka whipped up from his session. Hit play to take in some real solid riding with a real chill vibe. This par looks like a good time, as well!

The new 2021 BMX Bikes are starting to roll out, and Kink have released full specs and details on their entire line of 2021 bikes that are landing at BMX Shops and Mail-Orders in June! Here’s a closer look at the Travis Hughes signature 2021 Cloud Complete! This bike is designed with the streets in mind and quality being a key factor. This bike has a full 4130 chromoly frame, fork and bars and is loaded up top to bottom in aftermarket Kink and Mission BMX parts.

Here’s a bit of a throwback that the X Games crew cooked up filled with highlights from Scotty Cranmer over the years of his domination at the contests. This is pretty cool to look back on since it goes way back to 2003 (How has it been 17 years already?) where he accumulated 9 medals in 14 appearances. This video doesn’t even show many of the years, but this highlight reel is awesome.
This will be a walk down memory lane for some of you, and maybe a lot of this is footage you have never seen because you just started getting into BMX and you have been watching Scotty’s Youtube channel after his crash. Which means this is probably going to be really cool to see since it really shows just how good he has always been on a BMX bike.
Hit play and take it all in! Definitely a lot of memories just seeing the names in the standings and everything, and it’s interesting seeing how much the courses have changed over the years!
“Starting in 2003, New Jersey BMX prodigy Scotty Cranmer started competing in X Games BMX Park competitions. And through the years, he amassed 14 X Games competition appearances, including three bronze medals, three silver medals and three gold medals.
Scotty’s riding signaled a sea change in BMX Park riding at X Games. Before he took gold in 2006, only three other riders had ever won gold in BMX Park. Then came Scotty leading a new wave of riders that did serious battle for over a decade. It was always edge-of-your-seat competition when Scotty took to the course. After FBM closed its doors, it was interesting to see where the team riders ended up! The Halahan family are Die Hard FBM fans, but they’ve made the move to join the S&M Bikes team to keep the sessions going strong on USA made bikes!
