Stash X Serotonin – Leaky In Seoul

The Stash and Serotonin crews go to work in Seoul!

Here’s a fresh video Robin Slootmaker put together from some time he spent in Seoul, South Korea cruising street spots with some of the Serotonin crew. Hit play for 4 minutes of dialed riding from the endless street spots around the area.

““In mid September I flew up to Seoul, South Korea, to visit Lee and the Serotonin boys for a five day marathon of good sessions, eats, beverages, and yapping. After they had visited Taiwan, a visit to Seoul was due. We were all working on projects for the Motobunka Film Festival, but with the deadline close we really count film much more for those projects. So with the motivated crew, amazing spots on deck, and the stoke high we managed to film more than we expected. Everyone was stoked to get in front or behind a camera to document the time. Initially I was hoping for this to be part of a larger project but the trip ended up standing alone. The city, the people, the vibes, and the whole trip overall was peak BMX for me. Especially being able to further connect the Taiwan and South Korean scenes as we continue to try and shine a light on the Asian BMX scene overall.” – Robin Slootmaker

Rest In Peace, Fids

BMX lost an absolute legend this past weekend.

This morning we woke up to the news that U.K BMX legend The Fids has passed away after an illness. Fids was a massive part of the BMX scene over in the U.K, and his impact was felt and seen around the world at events and more. This is a big loss. Rest in Peace, Fids. You will not be forgotten.

Here’s some words from Source BMX about the news.

“It’s with a very heavy heart that we write this post. Our dear Friend Fids sadly died yesterday after a short illness.

Fids has been a constant in our lives and the BMX scene not only locally here in Hastings but Worldwide for what seems like forever. Always the best and always the most fun – Fids you will be sorely missed and never forgotten.

Rest in peace friend.

S&M & Fit – PONDeROASTa

The S&M and Fit Bike Co. crew loaded up for a road trip to Pondfest!

This past summer, before the annual Pondfest jam, some of the S&M Bikes and Fit Bike Co. team guys got together for a trip from Denver to the jam, hitting up Pusher BMX and a bunch of concrete parks and trails spots along the way. Hit play for this 54 minute Propsesque video giving you a look at the full trip from start to Pondfest!

“With Pondfest™ becoming an annual pilgrimage for a good portion of the S&M and Fit familia, we tacked a transition trip from Denver to The Pond onto the itinerary and threw Hoder, Aryei, Kareem, Coltin and Kole in the van.

The boys crushed some Colorado concrete and dirt mounds with the Fast and Loose boys en route and then met up with the entire Halahan clan, Hucker, Hartwell, Brant Moore, Max Jung, Dallas Dunn, Moeller and some OG S&M crew + a few hundred homies and proceeded to ROAST the POND for a few days.

From Kareem’s Dirt Rider of the Year campaign, to Moeller and Chulo holding it down for the OGs on the big Halahan-built booters, another classic, feel-good BMX trip has been expertly captured and curated for your enjoyment courtesy of Stew Johnson.
