Riding With Animal Bikes – 360 Virtual Reality Teaser

It’s only a matter of time before all of this new Virtual Reality stuff becomes super common and easy enough to use that everyone will start doing it. It looks like Animal Bikes are getting a jump on things thanks to a few friends with the know how on the whole VR craze kicking off. Hit play or a quick video teaser of what’s to come. This one will require you to scroll back a few times to take in everything going on, but it’s pretty cool.

“We teamed up with our friends at united-realities.com, @Glennppmilligan and @andydreadsbmx to put together a new visual experience. This video gives you the feeling you would have if you were to hang out at a session with the Animal team.

On Tuesday, June 21st we are excited to share “Riding with Animal”. A 360 video experience featuring Edwin DeLarosa, Augie Simoncini, Andrew Castaneda, Brenden Tombow, Charles Littlejohn and Rocco Giuseppe.

Since this is kind of a new experience, we wanted to share this teaser clip, so people can get a better feel for how it all works. This clip is the guys warming up at a skate park before going to ride street.
You can watch this video on your desktop computer.

You will need to use your mouse to move around in the 360 environment. On your mobile device, you’ll need to have the YOUTUBE app for the video to work. It’s well worth the experience if you haven’t played with any 360 or VR video yet. If you have VR goggles then you already know how to use this, and this will work with them!”

Product: Animal Bikes X Terrible One – Ursa Minor & Major Tires

The awaited Animal Bikes X Terrible One collaboration Ursa Mior and Ursa Major tires have started to land at BMX shops and mail-orders worldwide! The Ursa and Major tires features a dual compound proprietary blend of rubber compounds that creates a fast and grippy tire. The center features a harder rubber compound to help reduce rolling resistance while a softer compound is used around the edges to help you grab while turning on street, ramps or pools. The tire features a center groove, along with smaller grooves that combine T and 1 on the edges with a smooth tread throughout the rest of the tire.

The Ursa tire is available in in two sizes; Minor, which is a 2.20″ (2.28″ Inflated) and Major, which is 2.40″ (2.44″ Inflated). Both sizes are available for $29.99 in black only through BMX shops and mail-orders that carry Animal Bikes and Terrible One worldwide.

As we mentioned above, the actual inflated sizes are a little bigger than their actual size. 2.20″ is more like 2.28″ and 2.40″ is more like 2.44″ width. Keep that in mind if you’re running tight on space for your fork on frame.

The photos a a little more on the artsy side, so it’s a little hard to get a good look at the whole bike, but the detailed photos look great. Anton OZZ Shchutskyy At Harbor

It’s always pretty rad to see riders throw brakes back on their bike and seeing what they can cook up because of it. Animal Bikes connect over in the Ukraine through Big Toys, Anton Shchutskyy, made his way to his local skatepark to spend some time stacking clips for this new video. This has a couple abubacas, and grind combos that utilize brakes well. All in all, a pretty chill BMX video, but plenty of goodness to take in.

Animal Bikes – 13 Year Old Street Prodigy Lewis Cunningham

We have seen a couple BMX videos from Lewis Cunningham in the past and he progresses a ton with every video. Today, Animal Bikes released this new video featuring Lewis putting his pegs to heavy work on some man sized rails and spots, along with plenty of nose balance and crankflips for good measure.
