This past year has been an interesting one for Animal Bikes. There have been a lot of rumors floating around about what has been going on with the brand, and honestly, we don’t know exactly what is going on. All we know for sure is they have been pretty quiet lately and we heard that they have new products coming. Today we caught an email from Tom Nguyen pointing out that Brendan Reith is running some new tires that Animal are working on. We took a look and sure enough there were some samples on his bike. Obviously no details as of yet, but there are signs of life, which we’re pretty excited about. Expect more details soon. We did hear the new products should be dropping in about a month, so we’ll just have to wait and see what comes from these rumors!
Animal Bikes – Past, Present and Future: Part 1
With a lot of rumors going around about what’s going on with Animal Bikes these days after going pretty quiet over the past few months, it’s good to see a little something from the man himself, Ralph Sinisi, talking about the brand. This first part talks about the past and we’re definitely itching to see the other parts to find out just what’s going on with Animal now.
“Ralph Sinisi, owner of Animal Bikes, explains how the idea of starting a company was born, how he spread the word about his first products and discusses the variations of their most popular products: their pegs.” – Epic TV

RideOn X Animal Bikes – John Manaras 2015
It has been a while since we’ve seen a new one from Animal Bikes connect in Greece through RideOn, John Manaras, but it looks like he’s still out there crushing it as always on the streets. Take a look at his latest video packed full of grinds, hood hopping and more!
“John Manaras reps us through our Greece distro RideOn and he’s been killing it for years. He’s been stacking up footage with his good friend Anas Mansour behind the lens and the end result is this awesome video.

Check out this video DIG dropped from the Animal Bikes Uptown BMX Jam that went down in New York City recently. They had a MASSIVE turn out and it looks like plenty of good times were had (for almost everyone).
“Animal kicked off one of the first nice weekend evenings of Spring right by mobbing the streets of uptown Manhattan and The Bronx with a few hundred riders, including Tyrone Williams, Martin Ochoa, Rrdblocks, and the Chocolate Truck, AM:PM, Skavenger, LFS, SAF, 90East and Atown Trash crews.”

Animal Jam at 5050 Skatepark
The guys at Animal Bikes threw at jam at 5050 Skatepark in New York recently. The park was packed full of riders and it looks like plenty of real good riding went down. Check out some highlights in this video, then check out some photos from that day by Chris Marshall over on the DIG site.
“Jams definitely help push BMX, are fun, and a great mix of all styles of riding. Especially rolling with your crew and meeting other riders are worth it alone, on top of the sick sessions that go down. I don’t ride or go to these things usually since there are too many people and I always run into someone and pop out a knee or hip, but besides having to watch out for people they are great. 5050 is a great mix of all kinds of obstacles and a real deal hardcore skatepark atmosphere. It is a great place to have for BMX in the winter in the NYC area plus a place to stay sane while there is snow on the ground. Get out and support it for the rest of the season if you did or didn’t make the jam either way. Thanks to all those who made it out and thanks to 50/50 for throwing it.” – Ralph Sinisi
