Product: Verde – 2017 Luxe VX2 Complete

Every year when the new complete BMX bikes start popping up, we anticipate the Verde Bikes release because they do a phenomenal job of making the bikes look absolutely amazing. The other day they dropped their 2017 Complete BMX Bikes, and one of the bikes was their Luxe VX2 complete that really caught our eye, so we figured it would be a good idea to take a closer look!

The 2017 Luxe VX2 starts out with a 100% chromoly frame with a 74.5-degree head tube angle, 71-degree seat tube angle, 11.7″ bottom bracket height, 9.4″ standover height, 13.5″ chainstay length and a 21″ top tube length. You can find features like top and down tube gussets, a Reynolds 520 butted chromoly down tube, Mid bottom bracket, integrated seat post clamp, Investment Cast seat stay bridge and removable brake mounts. The Verde Regent fork is also 100% chromoly with a 1-piece CNC machined steerer tube and tapered legs and the Verde Neyer Pro bars at 100% chromoly with a 9″ rise.

Product: Sunday Bikes – 2017 Gary Young Soundwave Special

Last year the the Gary Young signature Soundwave Special from Sunday Bikes was 2nd on our list of the Most Expensive Complete BMX Bike for 2016 and it looks like it’ll be up there once again for 2017. Don’t let that $999.99 price tag deter you though, it’s worth every penny — and quite honestly it’s worth more than Sunday are selling the bike for.

The 2017 Soundwave Special starts out with the same exact aftermarket Soundwave frame you can buy at shops with the 41-Thermal heat-treating, Wave Top and Down Tube, downtube gusset, wishbone on the chainstay, removeable brake mounts and more. The bike comes with a 21″ top tube, 75-degree head tube angle, 71-degree seat tube angle, 9″ standover height, 11.5″ bottom bracket height and 13.5″ – 13.75″ chainstay length. You can find the Sunday Solar Bars with a 41-Thermal heat-treatment and lifetime warranty and the Octave fork with a 32mm offset and the 41-Thermal heat-treating as well.

Product: Sunday Bikes – 2017 Aaron Ross Forecaster Complete

Here’s another look at what Sunday Bikes have released for their 2017 Complete Bikes range! This time around we’re going to take a look at the Aaron Ross signature Forecaster complete. The frame features a 20.5″ top tube length, 75-degree head tube angle, 71-degree seat tube angle, 11.5″ bottom bracket height, 8.75″ standover height and 13.25″ – 13.75″ chainstay length. You can find a chromoly down tube and dropouts, a gusset on the down tube and removable brake mounts. The bars have a 9″ rise, 28.5″ width, 12-degrees of backsweep and 4-degrees of upsweep and the Forsecaster fork has chromoly dropouts. The rest of the 2017 Aaron Ross Forecaster complete is decked out with Sunday Bikes and Odyssey parts.

We always get really excited when brands start releasing their new complete bikes. Year after year the bikes continue to get incredibly dialed and there’s always a lot to see. Last night, Sunday Bikes released their full range of 2017 Complete Bikes and, as expected, they turned out phenomenal. There is a lot to see in their range, so we figured it would be a good time to take a closer look at the bikes. Up first is the Erik Elstran signature EX complete.

This bike starts out with a 20.75″ frame that features a chromoly integrated head tube, top tube, Wave down tube, chainstays and dropouts. You can find features like Sunday’s classic down tube gusset and removable brake mounts on the frame with a 75-degree head tube angle, 71-degree seat tube angle, 11.5″ bottom bracket height, 8.75″ standover height and 13.25″ – 13.75″ chainstay length.

You can also find a full chromoly fork and full chromoly Sunday 4-piece bars with a 9″ rise, 28.5″ width, 12-degrees of backsweep and 4-degrees of upsweep.

We’re really digging how clean the entire bike looks and that seat, which fits Erik’s style perfectly, really sets things off. The bike will be available in Raw only with a price tag of $499.99.
