BSD – 2018 David Grant Signature Raider Frame

The new goods from BSD are looking great for 2018. The other day we took a look at the new Kriss Kyle Passenger frame, now let’s take a closer look at David Grant‘s signature Raider frame. The 2018 Raider frame is made from Sanko Japanese seamless 4130 chromoly tubing with a 75.2-degree head tube angle, 71-degree seat tube angle, 11.75″ bottom bracket height, 9.5″ standover height and a 13.5″ – 14″ chainstay length. You can find a heat-treated, internally relieved Integrated head tube, gussets on the top and down tubes, a heat-treated Mid bottom bracket, integrated seat post clamp, an extra wide rear triangle to fit 2.40″ tires with ease, tapered seat and chain stays with curved ends for peg clearance, heat-treated, Investment Cast 7mm thick dropouts out with integrated chain tensioners and removable brake mounts on the seat stays.

The 2018 Raider frame is available in 20.7″, 21″, 21.3″, 21.6″ and 21.9″ top tube lengths with Pacers Blue, Matte Raw and Gloss Black for colors and a weight of 5 lbs. even. You can pick this BMX frame up through BMX shops and mail-orders that carry BSD worldwide.

The crew at Wethepeople sent over full details on the new Felix Prangenberg signature Pathfinder frame, bars and fork for you guys to check out. Starting things off, let’s get a look at the Pathfinder frame!

Pathfinder Frame

The Felix Prangenberg signature Pathfinder frame is made from butted, seamless Japanese 4130 chromoly tubing with a 76-degree head tube angle, 71-degree seat tube angle, 11.7″ bottom bracket height and a 12.95″ – 13.5″ chainstay length. The frame features a taller 127mm, CNC machined and heat-treated integrated head tube, gussets on the top and down tubes, an offset thickness Mid bottom bracket shell, integrated seat post clamp, a wide rear triangle with curved stays and bridges for 2.5″ tire clearance, extruded offset thickness and dent resistant chainstays and 6mm thick, CNC machined dropouts. The Pathfinder frame is a brakeless frame and has NO BRAKE MOUNTS.

The Pathfinder frame is available in 20.75″ and 21″ top tube lengths, colors of glossy black ED and translucent Rootbeer with a weight of 5.2 lbs. (2.36 KG / 21″ top tube length) and can be picked up through BMX shops and mail-orders that carry Wethepeople BMX worldwide starting now.

Pathfinder Bars

Next up we have the Felix Prangenberg signature Pathfinder bars. These 4-piece bars are made from full liquid post-weld heat-treated 4130 “M2″ chromoly straight gauge tubing. The bars are available in a 9″ and a 9.6″ rise, 29″ width, 11.5” degrees of backsweep and 3-degrees of upsweep. The bars feature an oval cross tube for additional dent resistance and added strength. You can also pick these up in a 25.4mm Oversized size and the standard 22.2mm size. Note: The oversized size requires a stem in the matching size.

The Pathfinder 4-piece bars come in Glossy Black ED only with a weight of 38.8 oz. (2.39 lbs. / 1084 grams) on the 9.6″ rise, 22.2mm size.

Not only do the bars come in 9″ and 9.6″ rise options, they also come in the standard 22.2mm size or an oversized 25.4mm size in the clamping area. The 25.4mm requires a matching sized stem to fit. You can learn more about the 25.4mm size RIGHT HERE.

Pathfinder Sprocket

Last but not least, the Pathfinder Sprocket! This sprocket is fully CNC Machined from 6061-T6 alloy with a unique design pattern and an 8mm thickness. This sprocket features a super strong design that has 9 rotation points for a longer life and sunken adaptors that help with chain alignment. The Pathfinder sprocket has a 24mm bore, but includes 19mm and 22mm adaptors to fit all bolt-on style cranks. You can pick this sprocket up in Matte Black or Polished silver in 25-tooth, 26-tooth and 28-tooth sizes with a weight a 3.66 oz. The PMR Frame (Post Matt Roe Frame) is made from 100% Sanko 4130 chromoly tubing with geometry based off the popular Matt Roe “Conjurer” frame that is no longer available. The frame has a 74.5-degree head tube angle, 70-degree seat tube angle, 11.6″ bottom bracket height, 8.6″ standover height and a 13.25″ – 13.50″ chainstay length. You can find a heat-treated, 117mm tall, offset thickness Integrated head tube, a gusset on the down tube, integrated seat post clamp with the horizontal cut for better clamping power with less torque, a Mid bottom bracket, curved seat and chainstay bridges for 2.40″ tire clearance and 6mm dropouts with integrated chain tensioners. The PMR frame has removable brake mounts that are sold separately. Wellington.

Are you due for a new BMX frame? The crew over at S&M Bikes have the Charlie Crumlish signature Tall Boy Frame is now available in a new Wild Hog Pink color that we’re sure some of you will be digging.

The Tall Boy frame is made from butted True Temper SuperTherm 4130 chromoly tubing with a 75-degree head tube angle, 71-degree seat tube angle, a 9.2″ standover height, 11.7″ bottom bracket height and a 13.475″ chainstay length. The frame features a 41.8mm tall Integrated head tube, gussets on the top and down tubes, integrated seat post clamp, Mid bottom bracket with EZ-out punch slots, a custom seat tube bridge with the BMXfu snowman, removable brake mounts and 4Q Baked heat-treated 14mm dropouts.

The frame features a heat-treated Hourglass integrated head tube, gussets on the top and down tubes for strength, an externally CNC machined seat tube with an integrated seat post clamp, a heat-treated Mid bottom bracket, heat-treated molded seat and chainstays and heat-treated Investment Cast dropouts. The CK frame is a BRAKELESS frame, so there are no mounts or guides.
