Chaz Mailey celebrates Unit 23’s milestone with a new BSD video!

It’s not too often that a park survives 20 years, but Unit 23 Skatepark over in Scotland has done it. To celebrate, Chaz Mailey went to work stacking clips over the past year at the park for this new BSD. As expected, it ended up being an absolute banger. So, get on that play button because this is way too good to miss!

Unit 23 Skatepark – Jingle Buels Jam 2017

Check out what went down at the Jingle Buels Jam at Unit 23 Skatepark in Glasgow!

Whenever Unit 23 Skatepark throws a jam, you know it’s going to be a wild one! Here’s some highlights from the Jingle Buels Jam that went down the other weekend. As expected, it was a packed house and a ton of great riding went down from locals to the Pros like Kriss Kyle. Hit play and take it all in!

“It’s been a while since we’ve seen a jam at our local Unit 23 skatepark in Glasgow, Scotland but Chaz Mailey and the crew there thought it was about time to get everyone together again. The invites were sent, Bucky put on ice and the big bowl in Hall 1 was the venue. Sit back and enjoy a whole load of roasting from the likes of Kriss Kyle, Chaz and Connor Mailey, young Kieran Reilly and more.

“Having not put on a BMX event at Unit23 for a minute or two, we decided to have a bowl jam to end the year. What started as a little ‘friends only’ bowl session, soon turned into a bit of a jam, with speakers, flyers, prizes and Bucky. It’s cool to see the BMX world come together and make things like this happen, even north of the north. We’d like to thank our sponsors for helping us put this little jam together, BSD, Source, DIG, Endless & Seventies. Ride Further Tour – Stop #5

The Ride Further Tour continues. Here’s a look at what went down when the crew rolled through the Lake Constance, Austria skatepark for some riding time and to throw a contest for the locals and a number of pros that turned out for the event! Below is a video giving you a look at what went down from dodging the rain to the actual contest!

“It was at one of Europe’s largest concrete parks, right next to beautiful lake Constance in Austria where the Ride Further Tour Stop #5 presented by JVBL & Homme Magazine was supposed to go down and expectation were high with an amazing lineup of international and local riders but the weather just didn’t feel like playing its part.
Non-stop rain all forced everyone to go for plan B and check out the indoor parks but together with the riders the crew decided to believe in the changing weather forecast for Sunday and pull the event of in just one day. And luck was on their side! #herewego

Cirque du Soleil – BMX Behind The Scenes

We have been hearing about BMX and mountain bikes being added into the mix for Cirque du Soleil shows for a little while now and today we get another look at what they have been working on with Kriss Kyle, Jason Phelan and Chaz Mailey along with Danny Macaskill and a few others who have been working on figuring out the show. This is a behind the scenes look at what goes into all of this!

BSD – Holiday In Malaga

Some of the BSD team spend some time in sunny Malaga, Spain riding BMX…

The BSD squad recently loaded up for a trip out to Malaga, Spain to soak up the sunshine and spots! Here’s a video that Alex Donnachie put together featuring Kriss Kyle John Deans, Chaz Mailey and Connor Mailey going to work on spots around the city. Based off this video, it’s safe to say these guys had a really good time checking out the city! Check out what went down!

Nearly 4K – The Scotland Camping Trip

Alex Donnachie has been on fire with the videos the past few days! Here’s a heavy batch of clips that were collected during a Scotland camping trip while filming for the “Nearly 4K” video! Check out a bunch of raw footage featuring Chaz Mailey, Jason Phelan, Kriss Kyle and Alex going to work on spots. Some of this footage made it into the full video, others didn’t… Either way, it’s safe to say this filming trip was a success.
