Danny MacAskill and Kriss Kyle – This And That

Kriss Kyle has been on fire lately on his MTB and BMX. Here’s a new video where Kriss teamed up with Danny MacAskill for a wild new video! This starts out with both of these guys getting some time in on MTB in the woods, then about halfway through Kriss gets back on the BMX and Danny hops on his trials bike and go to work on the streets! This is a super good watch!

After a frustrating few months of making and cancelling projects it was amazing to finally get back on the road with my good friend and BMX legend Kriss Kyle. In six days we managed to squeeze in a whole lot of riding on the Mountain Bikes as well as the Trials Bike and BMX and had a lot of fun along the way.

What Does It Take – Danny Macaskill

Matthias Dandois teamed up with Red Bull on a new Podcast series called “What Does It Take“. To Kick things off, Matthias sat down with Danny Macaskill to get his story from how he got his Pro career started way back in 2009 on up through what he has going on today. Obviously Danny is a MTB / Trials guy, but we know a ton of BMX guys who are into what he’s doing. Hit play and give this a listen since it’s a good one. Obviously with the two different accents it’s a little tricky at times, but otherwise it’s a real good listen. Check it!

“For the first episode of the What Does It Take podcast, I went to London to meet Danny Macaskill. We sat down to talk about Danny growing up in Scotland, being a bike mechanic, having success from one day to another, trying tricks hundreds of time, having multiple injuries, spending days to film a trick, working on the craziest projects, dealing with fear.

Danny MacAskill – Gymnasium

We’re always stoked on checking out a new Danny MacAskill video. Despite it not being BMX, there’s a lot of BMX influence in the riding. Red Bull dropped this new video featuring Danny absolutely crushing it in a gymnasium. The tricks he’s doing on the setups are absolutely amazing. There’s also a lot of laughs and easter egg type things in this as well. Check this one out! Although this is awesome, the Going Crazy In A Gymnasium series that Brian Gregor and Rusty Prady did a few years back is still our favorite videos from a gymnasium, haha. We have been hearing about BMX and mountain bikes being added into the mix for Cirque du Soleil shows for a little while now and today we get another look at what they have been working on with Kriss Kyle, Jason Phelan and Chaz Mailey along with Danny Macaskill and a few others who have been working on figuring out the show. This is a behind the scenes look at what goes into all of this!

It’s always rad to see a new Danny MacAskill video pop up! Red Bull just released his latest video and as expected, it turned out amazing. This video has a feel good vibe and an almost “laid back” feel to it, even though he does do some pretty gnarly stuff. There’s definitely plenty of BMX influence in Danny’s riding from the bottom bracket grind he does on the tree to the reverse Vander Roll (seriously, why has nobody done that yet with all the freecoaster riders out there these days) and more. GoPro – Dany MacAskill – Cascadia

We’re big Danny MacAskill fans here at The Union. Even though he’s not on a BMX bike, he is doing some incredible things on two wheels. Today, GoPro released his latest video from some time he spent in Gran Canaria bouncing around from rooftop to roof top and into the ocean… Literally. This video is filled with a ton of footage of Danny appearing to be all too comfortable with riding on the edge where one wrong move could send him dropping a few stories to some serious pain. If you don’t do well with heights, this one might not be for you, haha. Hit play and prepare to drop a few “holy shit” and “what the hell!?” lines. Amazing stuff!

Danny MacAskill – This Is Drop and Roll

We’ve seen some ridiculous music videos over the years, and this might be one of the best ones we have seen, and it’s not even for a band, haha. Danny MacAskill has started a trials demo show company called Drop and Rol, which tours around doing shows (not to this extent) with this group of trials riders. They put together this wild promo for the company, which we’re sure will be getting plenty of exposure out about them! Check it out!

Chatting Bull – Fathead Vs Danny MacAskill
