Congrats, Dennis!
“Dennis Enarson’s 2011 has been simply amazing. From huge contest wins to putting out the most respected video part of the year, Dennis raised the bar every time he dropped in.
Throughout all of his success, Dennis’ goal has remained the same as the day he started riding: having fun on a bike with his friends.
We want to congratulate Dennis for such an incredible year, and this one-minute video brings the heat in a big way. Congrats, Dennis!” – Nike 6.0
Dew Tour Las Vegas – Results & Videos
“Scotty Cranmer Tops the Park Podium and Earns Dew Cup; Kyle Baldock Wins Dirt and Dennis Enarson Takes Dew Cup
Las Vegas, Nev. – Oct. 15, 2011 – The Dew Tour Championships wrapped up BMX Park and Dirt seasons today under the hot Las Vegas sun. Scotty Cranmer walked away from the park course with the first place finish and his first Dew Cup. Cranmer began his second run knowing that a top score would give him the season win and landed a big tailwhip on the drop in gap, a backflip double tailwhip and a corked 720 down the step down. He threw his bike in the air as the buzzer sounded, knowing his tricks would be good enough to jump ahead of Dennis Enarson’s second place run and Daniel Dhers’ third place effort.
“The Dew Cup is something I thought was out of my reach,” said Cranmer after his win. “I just needed to have faith in myself. I’m at a good place right now, and my family and friends fueled me to get to this point. I’m so grateful for them and this Dew Cup. This is unbelievable.”
Kyle Baldock saved some energy from the BMX Park Final to gain the win on the BMX Dirt course later in the day, riding with a separated shoulder. His top run included a flip bar over the first set, a seven on the second set, frontie third set and three down whip to whip back, marking Baldock’s first BMX Dirt win ever. Ben Wallace made his first career trip to the podium finishing in second place, with Brett Banasiewicz rounding out the podium in third. With consistent dirt riding throughout the season, Enarson’s fourth place finish gave him enough points to come out on top for the Dew Cup.
“To come out and win is crazy,” said Baldock following his win. “I just have a good time and ride. It makes me so happy because I don’t ride dirt much at all, so now I can come be a contender for the Dew Cup next year.”
The Dew Tour Championships continues tomorrow with Skate and BMX Vert on the ramp over the Hard Rock Hotel’s Beach Club pool. The four-day event culminates with a season-end Awards ceremony, turned into a pool party with DJ Mindless Behavior spinning through the afternoon.
You can catch all of the final runs from today’s top finishers here.

Session at Dennis Enarson’s
“Before moving out of his parent’s house in La Mesa, Calif., Nike 6.0 constructed an amazing set of ramps for Dennis Enarson, which his parents have allowed him to keep. These days, with Dennis as a homeowner, the sessions at his parent’s house might not be as frequent, but the riding continues to deliver when sessions do go down.
Highlights of this video include Augie Simoncini’s command of the superman air, Garrett Reynolds’ smooth as glass opposite truckdriver and Dennis’ regular and opposite downside whips.
But that wasn’t the only thing that grabbed me about this video. While watching it, I couldn’t help but notice the similarity in hairstyle between Tammy McCarley and Linkavitch Chomofsky of “Encino Man” fame. Check the compare and contrast above. Video by Miles Rogoish.” – ESPN

Red Bull Dream Line Finals Edit
Red Bull dropped the second video from Dreamline this past weekend. The finals were definitely on a whole different level. After you check out the video, hit the Photogallery from the finals.
“The Red Bull Dream Line Finals in Wabasha, Minnesota featured eight top BMX dirt riders on a one-of-a-kind course with a laid-back, good-time vibe. See what happened during the session, after which Luke Parslow was picked by the other riders as the day’s champ.”
