Daaaaang. Here’s another gem Snakebite BMX uploaded for you guys to enjoy! This is an old video from a trip to San Francisco that the Mosh team took back in 2007! This will undoubtedly get all the mid school guys stoked since this is such a heavy crew even by today’s standards. Take a look at all the street and park goodness.
Either Fit Bike Co. stumbled across a box of old Eddie Cleveland grips that got tucked away, or they felt a little nostalgic and decided to bringing back a classic. Either way, Fit have a limited edition re-issue of Eddie Cleveland’s signature Eddie grip available now. These grips are made right here in the U.S.A by ODI with a super soft rubber compound. The grips are 135mm long and have a thinner 28mm diameter that we don’t see on too many BMX grips these days. The grips feature a knurling style grip pattern with the Fit Key Logo and come with nylon plug style bar ends.
The Eddie grips are available in black only for $9.99 each. You will want to hit up the Fit Bike Co. webstore to pick up a pair before they’re gone. Since Fit decided to do a re-issue, we’ve re-upped a few videos to remind you how much ass Eddie used to kick on a bike.
Snakebite coming through with another killer section from the “Building The Underground” BMX video that came out back in 2005! This section is packed full of trails, park and street gold from a bunch of legends from the North West! This video starts out with a taco’ed wheel and ends with a destroyed frame. You can imagine the level this one is on.
“This part is filled with a ton of NW beasts! GJ, Huntington, Eddie Cleveland, Dante Ruiz, Chester Blacksmith, Voot, Chromey Homie Andrew, Money Mike, Mike Hoder, Andrew Carpenter, Black, Aaron Porter, BG, & Eric Walter all destroy that good NW trails and concrete.”
Spotted this over on Ride BMX and thought it was pretty interesting. Eddie Cleveland is no longer riding for Fit Bike Co. and has already found himself a spot on the Stranger team. Here’s a few words from Rich Hirsch about the news.
“Eddie is one of my favorite riders of all time and after a bit of a wait we can now officially announce that he will be riding for Stranger from this point forward. Eddie is a natural at everything he does and has a lot of new shit going on this year that your not going to want to miss. More to come soon. Also we are launching our new website next week so make sure and stop by!”
For this weeks Throwback Thursday from Fit dropped Eddie Cleveland’s section from the “Fit Life” video that came out back in 2007. This seriously just leaves me wanting more footage of Eddie. Maybe we can get a fresh edit out of him soon. Until then, enjoy.
It’s been FOREVER since some real solid riding clips have popped up from Eddie Cleveland. Stew Johnson recently caught up with him to get a look into a day in the life of Eddie for this brand new FIT edit. Stoked on this.
