Head over to the FBM site to check out what Garrett Guilliams is rolling around on these days. Don’t forget to check out his part in the new “Thousand Yard Stare” video that should be out next week as well.
The other day, Steve Crandall hit me up with an email that simply said “What are you doing?”. I responded with “Not too much. What’s going on?”. This isn’t normal, so I knew something was up. I just didn’t know what. The next email popped up and asked if I would be interested in checking out the brand new FBM full-length DVD “Thousand Yard Stare”. Video? What? Hell yeah I would! Shortly after I was sent a sneak peek link with a password to get a special screening. We decided it would be pretty cool to drop the trailer with the review. So you’re getting a double whammy today. Check out the trailer that’s premiering for the first time above, then hit the jump and check out what I think of the soon to be released video…
“Korey and I filmed this at East Shore Skatepark in Ithaca one late night back in April/May (while I still rode for FBM). Due to laziness and other snags, we forgot about it and that was that. I just found the files and decided to piece it together and upload it, even though I no longer ride for FBM. It came out pretty good and I just feel that everyone should have the chance to watch it.
Cheers!” – Joel Barnett
Jackson Allen has a bike check up on the FBM website. Check out that unit!
“The latest frame from FBM is handcrafted in NY and features SuperTherm top and down tubes, a 3D laser cut 4130 chromoly down tube gusset, an integrated seat post clamp, and tapered seat and chain stays. New for version 2 of the Steadfast are straight gauge top and down tubes to reduce denting and a larger diameter chain stay bridge for increased stiffness.
It is available in Flat Brown and Trans Red, and 20-3/4″, 21″ and 21.5″ top tubes.”
