FISE Croatia – Live Stream

“After a nice stay in France for the first stop of the FISE World Series, it’s time for a stopover in Croatia, in Osijek. It is the 4th biggest city in the country, counting 115 000 people, and is located on the right shore of the Drava river. For the first time ever, the Pannonian Challenge will welcome the FWS this summer, for the second stop of the UCI BMX Freestyle Park World Cup. A great destination idea if you want to visit Eastern Europe this summer!”

FISE Croatia – Qualification Highlights

Things over in Croatia are starting to heat up as FISE gets under way! The crew at BMXASHKA sent over this video they put together from qualifiers that’s packed full of amazing riding. If you think this is crazy, expect things to really go off in the finals!

First Days at FISE Croatia

FISE Croatia is going off this weekend and it looks like the party already started. BMXASHKA sent through this video giving you a look at what went down during the first few days of practice as they were finishing up the ramp building. Plenty of dialed riding to take in already! This should be a wild contest.

FISE Coming to Denver and Edmonton

It looks like FISE has decided to make its way to North America. On September 3rd – 5th they will be throwing down in the Mile High city, Denver, Colorado and then on September 15th – 18th there will be another contest going down in Edmonton up in Canada. Get the full scoop below!

Why you will like it?

Joining a FISE World Stop as a rider is the perfect way to combine discoveries, fun and challenging competitions. You will also meet, ride and hangout with the world’s best riders. Challenge yourself for the overall ranking and attempt to win yourself some prize money. FISE events are always a great opportunity to get your name out, make new friends to extend your riding circles and maybe even meet the sponsor of your dreams.

The atmosphere at such an event is unique and indescribable. Hearing the cheers of a big crowd filled up with positive energy will bring out your best riding. This experience will definitely make you a better, stronger and even more stoked on BMX.

The best part?

At each stop of the FISE World Series we have competition classes for Amateurs, Pros and the ladies. FISE believes everyone should have a chance to compete not just a few exclusive Pros. The sport can only grow when everyone gets a chance to step up and show what they can do on the UCI BMX Freestyle Park World Cup course. FISE is here to give you that chance in North America!

Don’t forget FISE events are made by riders for the riders!
COMPETITION FORMAT
UCI BMX FREESTYLE PARK WORLD CUP
The competition is open to ALL riders wanting to join the FISE World Series. 2 categories are available for amateur and professional for boys and girls. Each rider will have 2 runs of a minute in length. The semi-final is composed of the top 18 from qualification plus the top 5 from the previous FISE World stop and the winner of the FISE World Series from 2015.
The competitions will be organized into heats of 4 riders.
Then for the final the top 12 from the semis will battle for the first place! The final will be presented in the form of 4 heats of 3 riders.
In addition, we will be having a best trick contest. Each rider will be allowed 3 tries to get the crowd to go nuts and impress the judges.
PRIZE MONEY
Payout will go from 1st down to 12th place. Riders could win from $550usd all the way up to $9000usd.
The winner of the best tricks contest will receive $1100usd.
What will the judges be looking for?
They are focused on the amplitude of the rider, their flow, style and overall riding. Use of the whole park, versatility, difficulty of tricks and technicality are also important.
Make plans to be at both North American stop of the FISE World Series!
The first stop will be in Downtown Denver, Colorado on September 3-5. And then just two weekends later the FISE World Series will be going down in Edmonton, Canada on September 15-18. Both events will feature the UCI BMX Freestyle Park World Cup. Make your plans now to be at both stops!!!

If there’s a contest with some crazy ramps to ride, you can always count on the Total BMX team to show up and drop some hammers. Total BMX just released this highlight reel featuring their team riders throwing down at FISE the other weekend in Montpellier. FISE Montpellier 2016: Park Finals Highlights – More BMX Videos

This past weekend was a hectic one in Montpellier, France as FISE took over and brought some of the best BMX riders in the world to their city to go head to head on their park and spine ramp.
