FISE Montpellier has been going off, and for the first time in quite some time they brought dirt back to the series. The Dirt Finals went off last night and it looks like there was no shortage of wild riding to check out. It’s always awesome seeing how packed the crowd spectating gets for these contests, and it’s safe to say they all had a blast watching this one. Check it out!

“After getting pushed back a day because of heavy winds, the 2019 FISE Montpellier Dirt event went down with a heavy cast of riders dropping in on the course. Top honors went to Pat Casey with Leandro Moreira and Jaie Toohey following in second and third place. After a hiatus, FISE brought dirt back to their Montpellier stop! During dirt qualifying, they decided to throw down a best trick jam and a bunch of riders dropped into throw down! “FISE 2019 Pro Dirt Qualifying got off to a windy start today and after about an hour of waiting around to see if the wind chilled, the decision was made to postpone qualifying until tomorrow. But despite the windy conditions, some riders were sending it anyway so 500 Euros were put on the line and a Best Trick Jam was declared. When it was all said and done, Kaine Mitchell rode away from a frontflip whip and clinched the cash. ” – Our BMX

FISE has been going off in Hiroshima, Japan this weekend with some of the best BMX riders in the world throwing down for some seriously heavy riding. FISE Hiroshima has been going off the past few days from practice to the qualifier and semi-finals. “57 riders, two minute long runs. Two filmers…that’s a lot of footy to cut together. And honestly, the level of riding was pretty mellow compared to whats to come because of the two runs, both runs count format. Consistency was key.” – Our BMX

“The semi-finals cut 24 riders down to 12. And with the two runs, one run counts format the level of riding was definitely much, much higher today. Logan Martin’s first run had him in second place and a spot in finals, but he dropped in for his second run and absolutely stomped everything. I actually thought he was going to chill, so I made my way to interview Nyquist (who was currently in first). I was wrong. So my apologies for the single angle of Logan’s first place run…lesson learned.” – Our BMX
