BMX Bowl Shredding with Kris Fox and Larry Edgar

There’s a reason riders with a ton of style last a lot longer in BMX than guys with a lot of tricks… Ride BMX coming through with some old footage of Larry Edgar and Kris Fox getting down during a bowl session. If you didn’t know this was filmed two years ago, or the bikes they were on at the time (sponsor changes for example), you could have said this was filmed yesterday and we would have believed it. Check it!

Sneak Peek: Fly Bikes – 2017 Larry Edgar Geo Frame

Here’s one we got a look at during Interbike last week, but with better photos and some more details! For 2017, Flybikes have given Larry Edgar and Courage Adams their own signature colorway for their Geo frame, with some geometry changes for each frame as well. The Larry Edgar signature Geo frame comes in this gloss metallic burgundy color with a 75-degree head tube angle, 71-degree seat tube angle, 9.25″ standover height, 11.75″ bottom bracket height and a longer 13.8″ chainstay length. This version frame also comes with a 21″ top tube length.

The frame still features an offset thickness integrated head tube, internal and external gussets on the top and down tubes, multi-butted and tapered top and down tube, a multi-butted seat tube, investment cast seat post clamp with the horizontal cut system, Mid bottom bracket, removable brake mounts and Investment Cast dropouts. Larry Edgar On Fuse Protection

Here’s some news we spotted while scrolling through good old Facebook. It looks like Larry Edgar will be blasting to the moon with a little extra protection now that he’s riding for Fuse Protection. His team page is up on the Fuse website, but we would imagine he’s been busy working on a welcome to the team video. Good to see Larry picking up plenty of well deserved support these days!

2016 Van Doren Invitational – Finals

Did you catch the live stream of the Van Doren Invitational yesterday? If not, you missed out on one hell of a show! But that’s okay because the first of what we’re assuming will be multiple highlight videos has arrived! Hit play to watch just under 7 minutes of amazing riding from everyone that made it into the finals! The riding is in this is amazing throughout, so make sure you watch this one from start to finish!

“To say the finals from the 2016 Van Doren Invitational were crazy would be putting it lightly. With 20 of the best bowl riders in the world, all of whom have their own unique style and approach to riding the course, it was really anyone’s contest. In the end, style, speed, flow, and the ability to go super high ruled the day, with Matt Cordova, Clint Reynolds, and Dylan Lewis taking home the top three spots respectively.
