The Daily Grind – Cincinnati Street Jam

When The Daily Grind throw a street jam, you know there’s going to be some wild riding, Zack Gerber yelling hilarious stuff on the megaphone, probably a few cops and more wild riding.

The crew recently rolled through Cincinnati, Ohio and threw a big street jam with Troy Merkle, Zack Gerber, Vince Smith, Jason Govan, Scott Steele, Jamie Thayer, Linwood “Bosshog” Monk, Dan Conway, Mike Vitatoe, just to name a few, along with a TON of the locals that made it out all cruising the streets.

Check out highlights from the different spots they cruised, product toss, foot down, broken ankles, Linwood taking a break next to a building and morein the BMX video above!

Photogallery: Money For Trick 2015

This past weekend in Malaga, Spain, a bunch of BMX riders got together at the Skatepark of Malaga for a full day of riding and good times starting at 10 AM. The Money for Trick contest isn’t quite like other BMX contests because the concept is pretty simple and spelled out in the name. The guys who put the contest on had a bunch of cash from the sponsors to hand out for people doing rad tricks. With guys like Ruben Alcantara, Sergio Layos, Daniel Penafiel, Mike Saavedra, Kevin Kalkoff, Pitu, Yoni Cadenas and many, many more from places like all over Spain, Australia, USA, France, Latvia, Lithuania and England throwing down on the ramps, trails and other setups they cooked up, there was no shortage of amazing riding going down. Mix that in with free food, and an after party from Monster Energy, this was a party from the morning until late into the night. You better start planning on making it out for next year!

The brand has been making some moves and we have definitely taken notice. Props Collectors Edition Blu-Ray Boxset Available for Pre-Order

A few years ago, if you would have told me that some day they would have ALL of the Props videos packed into 5 discs, I’d probably tell you that you were full of shit. Then Blu-Ray came along and there’s the ability to pack a ton of content onto a single disc. Today, Prop’s have opened up the PRE-ORDER for the Collectors Edition Blu-Ray Boxset that will be available next month. They literally packed all 20 years of Prop’s videos onto all the discs… We’re not sure how they did it, but they did it. You can pre-order the box set RIGHT HERE ON THE PROPS WEBSITE for $124.95, which might seem kind of spendy, but when you read what’s packed into this box set below, it makes a lot of sense and it really isn’t that expensive in comparison to what you get. Paddy Gross Interview

It’s funny how BMX works. If you ride long enough, travel and go to a bunch of events, you’ll undoubtably meet a lot of people, and also end up meeting people you never expected to meet. The other weekend in the middle of Wisconsin during the Baco-A-Go-Go jam, I had the chance to meet one rider in particular that I’ve known of and watched ride since I was a kid, but never quite expected to meet. That rider is Paddy Gross. Paddy has been a front brake legend for years and continues to blow peoples minds to this day. After watching him ride in person and finding out a little more about him, I knew there was no way we couldn’t do an interview with him. So, today, were stoked to drop this interview where we find out a bunch of stuff about him that you probably had no idea. So, let’s get into this already!

On The Horizon: Cult

It’s been quite some time since we’ve done one of these On The Horizon pieces where we catch up with a brand to find out what they have going on these days and what’s coming down the road. The other day, the guys over at Cult released their brand new website along with their full range of 2016 product from complete bikes to frames and parts. Shadow Conspiracy – What Could Be Left? Lahsaan Kobza

It’s pretty wild how good the leftover edits have been for Shadow Conspiracy‘s “What Could Go Wrong?” DVD. Today we get treated to Lahsaan Kobza‘s leftovers and damn are they good. Hit play and take all the gold this BMX video has to offer in!

“If Shadow rider Lahsaan Kobza’s “What Could Go Wrong?” section is any indication as to what a one time A Pro racer is capable of on the streets, then it’s clear that nothing stands a chance. From huge gaps to super tech lines, Lahsaan is able to shred anything on a BMX all while making it look silky smooth.
