After that, he gives you some advice on how to clean those rims of yours to give you even more braking power. Last weekend was the final stop of the 2019 Backyard Jam at Adrenaline Alley! With a ton of riders making the trip to Corby to throw down in the park and street contests, you know there was no shortage of dialed riding to take in! Backyard Jam 2019 Adrenaline Alley – Qualifying Highlights

The 4th stop of the 2019 Backyard Jam series rolled through Adrenaline Alley this past weekend, and there was no shortage of amazing riders that made the trip to throw down! Backyard Jam 2019 – Adrenaline Alley: First Practice

The Backyard Jam series is going off at Adrenaline Alley in Corby this weekend and a ton of riders took made the trip for it. How To Change A Flat Tire On A BMX Bike

Want to learn how to change a flat tire on a BMX bike? Here’s how it’s done!


Here’s a video showing you step by step how to fix a flat tire on a BMX bike with plenty of tips and examples to help you get it done right. This video, produce by GT Bicycles takes you through everything from the tools to every step from loosening up the nuts to removing the tire, replacing the tube and re-installing your wheel. If you are new to BMX or just need some help, this video showing you how to change a flat tire on a BMX bike is exactly what you need to watch. We would like to also note that some of the steps aren’t always applicable to every BMX bike, like removing brakes if you are brakeless or using a piece of wood to help tension and align the chain if your bike is equipped with chain tensioners for example. Regardless, this will definitely help you fix a flat tire on a BMX bike and get you back to riding in no time.

River Biasi In the Northwest

River Biasi is the kind of rider you can’t really predict what’s coming next and clearly can throw down on street, park and dirt jumps.
