Red Bull – Kriss Kyle “Out of Season”

Here’s one that’s worth checking out! Although it’s not BMX, Kriss Kyle has a new MTB video for Red Bull that is too good to miss. Kriss has always been notorious for riding crazy setups and he took it a step bigger out in the woods mixing inspiration from Kaleidoscope video and his BMX style with crazy lines out in the woods! If you want to check out what went into making this, there’s also a 25 minute version over on the Red Bull website that is a good watch, too!

Last year footage of Broc Raiford popped up in Instagram from a crazy warehouse setup decked out with Mardi Gras themed floats / setups for Red Bull. Here’s a behind the scenes look showing just what went into making this one a reality, along with a look at the final result. It’s safe to say Broc’s first Red Bull project was absolute fire. Red Bull coming through with a new one featuring Lara Lessmann, Daniel Tünte and Mati Echeverria cruising a few parks in Berlin, Germany! Despite COVID restrictions, they made the most of it and ended up laying down plenty of great riding! Hit play and take it all in!

New year means a lot of contracts starting up and coming to an end. After 8 years with Red Bull, it looks like Daniel Wedemeijer will no longer be riding for the company. Above is his Instagram post with a few highlights from his time with them to bring the news. Definitely a bummer, but we’re sure we’ll be seeing more of Daniel in the future!

Nikita Ducarroz On Red Bull

It looks like Red Bull has been busy adding some new names to the roster. Last week Kieran Reilly was added over in the U.K, now it looks like Nikita Ducarroz has announced that she has been added to the squad, joining Red Bull’s growing women’s BMX program! Stoked on this news and definitely well deserved! With the new year around the corner, we would imagine we’re going to see a bunch of sponsor news starting to flow, especially after the way 2020 has gone for the BMX industry as a whole.

Kieran Reilly On Red Bull

Here’s some news I thought I posted the other day, but a bunch of you probably heard by now that Kieran Reilly has been added to the Red Bull U.K team! Up top is a video Bas Keep put together showing how he surprised Kieran with the news, along with some footage showing his incredible progress over the years. You can also check out Kieran’s video he uploaded on his channel down below with some footage from the session after he got the news. We can imagine that was an amazing day for everyone involved. Check it out, and expect to see plenty more of Kieran in the near future!

Red Bull – Shapes In The City with Murray Loubser

Red Bull coming through with a new video featuring Murray Loubser for all the riders out there that love some unique spots and architecture that create some mind blowing spots. This is super dialed from the riding to the spots and film work, so hit play and enjoy!

“Watch BMX rider Murray Loubser transported from a lecture room into a BMX scene scape, then take a behind-the-scenes look at the creative team that brought this project to life.

“We had been shooting photos for so long now and shapes were appearing in images we were shooting in the architecture and how the shadows were being cast and the idea was to do a project to capture those shapes as the key interest in the gallery we wanted to shoot,” Murray says.

“The idea of ‘Shapes’ is to capture the architecture and the geometric patterns that you find occurring in the city and showcasing those in the way a BMX would see his surroundings.”
