We decided to take a break from the show floor and head up to the suites for a little bit. The first stop was at the S&M Bikes and Fit Bike Co. suite to see what they have cooking out in California. Ready? Let’s get into this.
S&M Bikes dropped this new one featuring Bevan Cowan going to work on the streets down in Australia. Despite not having pegs, he is a grinding machine and definitely not scared to send it on some big setups. Check this BMX video out!
“Bevan Cowan is a Kiwi on a walkabout. He’s been mostly Australian-based for awhile now, which is where most of this edit was filmed. Regardless of where in the Southern Hemispshere Bevan’s shredding, he sure gets rad in this one!”

It looks like Alex Kennedy has been making some moves as the French team manager for 4Down Distribution France. Nico Badet is now doing it for Fit Bike Co. and Antoine Nau is doing it for S&M Bikes! Mike Hoder’s signature BTM frame from S&M Bikes has two new color options; translucent blue and gloss clear coat raw. The BTM frame is made right here in the U.S.A. out of butted True Temper SuperTherm Tubing with a 75-degree head tube angle, 71-degree seat tube angle, 11.5″ bottom bracket height, 8.75″ stand over height and a 13.05″ – 13.50″ chain stay length. The frame features an integrated head tube, gussets on the top and down tubes, an integrated seat post clamp, MID bottom bracket, custom seat stay bridge with “BTM” laser cut from it, tapered seat stays, wide rear triangle to fit 2.40″ tires, shield logos on the ends of the chain stays, removable brake mounts (sold separately) and 14mm 4Q-Baked heat-treated drop outs.
The BTM frame is available in sizes of 20.5″, 20.75″, 21″, 21.25″ and 21.5″ with a weight of 4.675 lbs. (21″) and color options of translucent blue, clear coat raw, translucent black, translucent sky blue to gold fade, translucent gold, translucent sky blue, and translucent red. This frame is available through BMX shops and mail-orders that carry S&M Bikes worldwide.
