Alex Kennedy – Source Park Bre”AK” In

March 20, 2020

During a recent visit to Hastings, England, Alex Kennedy decided to stop by Source BMX to catch a private after hours session at Source Park. Alex popped the lock and proceeded to shred the street section all night, stacking plenty of dialed clips, and even getting a few dance moves in as well before getting kicked out. This BMX video is a real good watch from start to finish with great riding and dialed film work by Peter Adam, so hit play and enjoy!

“Alex Kennedy breaks in to Source Park and kills it as only he can!

Hit play to check out just how they let Stu know about the good news!

Oxygen Thief Puncture Repair Kit

November 14, 2019

It’s not every day that we see some sort of unique innovation or idea when it comes to flat tires. When it comes to a flat tire, you either patch or replace the tube and on your way you go. However, a lot of the time the question is “where is the air going to come from?”. Unless you’re near a gas station or carry a pump with you, you’re pretty much stuck even if you can patch it on the spot. The guys at Source BMX cooked up their new Oxygen Thief Puncture Repair Kit that is a patch kit, but it also includes a hose with two schrader style valves on each end so you can connect your tube to another tire that has air in it to get at least some air in your tire. Obviously when you take a full tire and transfer the air to the other, once each tube is at equal air pressure it will stop filling, so you’ll probably need to get to a pump or air compressor to get the rest unless you’re pulling off a buddy that runs 90 psi and you like your tires at 35 psi, haha. But, what’s cool is you can connect to anything with a schrader valve stem, so you could even hook up to a car tire if you really had to.

The Oxygen Thief Puncture Repair Kit is available for $6.99 through Source BMX. That seems like a real reasonable price considering you get a bunch of patches and tire levers with the hose.

Also, if you don’t know how to patch a tube, check this out — How To Patch a BMX Tube

“How annoying is getting a flat when you’re out destroying the streets or shredding the Source Park?… We know!

That’s why we developed The Oxygen Thief Puncture Repair Kit. Simply hook one end up to your flat tyre, and the other to your other tyre, car tyre or any other inflated tyre, and the air from the inflated tyre will pump your flat tyre back up and you’re ready to ride again!

Comes complete with tyre levers and puncture patches to get you back up and on the road in no time.” – Source BMX

You can pick the kit up for $6.99 right here.

In The Cut – Source BMX “Straight To DVD” Road Trip

October 28, 2019

The other day Source BMX announced their new “Straight To DVD” video that will be shipping free with all orders. Here’s a raw cut from the trip the team took from Florida to Kentucky, hitting up parks and spots along the way and giving you a look at what they got into off their bikes as well. If you have just shy of 20 minutes to spare, this is worth a peek.

“Earlier this year The Source BMX guys assembled a crew to head out on the road straight from Swampfest to the SOURCE warehouse in Louisville, Kentucky: the site of their band new US venture which back then was in the early stages of coming together. With Nathan Williams, Dan Lacey, Bruno Hoffmann and Corey Martinez already onboard along with Source TM Tom Creasy, and filmer James Cox, we sent DIG’s Kevin Conners along for the ride to help capture everything and anything that went down. Featuring van life, angry cops, spots aplenty, frozen fruit meltdowns, UK S&M legend the Fids, and some welcome magic from UK Source employee Josh Heritage, the trip was definitely one to remember.

STRAIGHT TO DVD not only features the official edit of the trip from but the DVD is also jam-packed full of their favourite edits from the past year (plus a few classics) including the Lock in Series at Source Park and highlight reels from the Battle of Hastings. STRAIGHT TO DVD is FREE with all orders from SOURCEBMX.COM whilst stocks last or follow @sourceBMX to find out how to watch the road trip segment now!

Take A Tour Inside Of Source BMX

October 15, 2019

Over the past few years, we’ve seen countless videos from sessions inside Source BMX‘s park, but for many of us, we haven’t had the chance to see what the whole place looks like. If you have ever wondered what the inside of Source BMX looks like, here’s your chance as Marc Moore gave Our BMX a full tour of the place from the shop to the bowl and street parks, along with a look at their warehouse that is jam packed with bikes, frames and parts that they use for their online orders on the Source BMX website in the U.K and Europe. So, if you have always wanted to get over to Hastings, England to see the place, but it hasn’t happened, this is a good look at just what the place has to offer. It’s pretty amazing to see how much they have grown since their start many years ago in a tiny shop just trying to help build the local scene.

“The day before the Battle Of Hastings, I went on a bit of a tour with Marc Moore to get the rundown on the absolutely overwhelming scale that is Source BMX. The shop is huge. The park is epic. The location is unreal. And the warehouse is next level…enjoy.” – Our BMX
