Battle of Hastings 2017 – Team Van Homan

Now this is awesome. Source BMX just announced the LEGENDS team for Battle of Hastings that is being lead by Van Homan for the contest. As you can imagine, Van decided to go with a few classics that you can always count on! Van, Garrett Byrnes, Mike Escamilla and Chris Doyle will be showing the young guns what’s up! Get ready.

Battle of Hastings 2017 Qualifier Highlights

The 2nd annual Battle of Hastings contest at Source Park is coming up! The other weekend they threw a qualifier to give a few riders the chance to earn their way into the contest to ride with the Pros teams that were pre-selected. Here’s a highlight reel of all the action that went down! This contest drew out a bunch of riders who brought their diverse bags of tricks and styles to the bowl section. Check out what went down!

Here’s some news on the Source BMX “Battle of Hastings” 2017 teams for you! It has just been announced that Kriss Kyle has picked Alex Donnachie, Dan Paley and Jordan Godwin to be apart of his team! This team is pretty heavy on the street side, but each of these guys can hold their own on the ramps as well. It will be interesting to see how this pans out for the contest!

“The Winning edit from the SourceBMX Battle of Hastings Plaza Sessions. Watch Dan Lacey and Bruno Hoffmann tear the Plaza to pieces for Team Lacey!
The Plaza session concept was simple. Each team selected 2 riders to film a raw edit in the Plaza for one hour and was judges purely on the riding.”
