Scotty Cranmer – Rest In Peace, Jesco Jones

It was announced the other day that Trey Jones‘ dog, Jesco Jones, had passed away. Jesco has grown to become one of the best known and loved dogs in BMX, so it hit hard for a ton of Jesco fans all around the world. Here’s a video Scotty Cranmer put together where Trey talks a little bit about what happened to Jesco and some of his thoughts about it. After that, Trey talks about what’s in store for this years Florideah Swampest. Hit play and take it all in!

“Trey Jones lost his best friend, his Bulldog, Jesco Jones. Jesco was an amazing Dog that was as unique as could be. He was extremely smart and carried himself as if he was more of a human being then an English Bulldog. He will be missed by so many but he will never be forgotten. But today also marks the first day that Trey Jones begins the build of the BMX event, Swampfest 2019. We got a tour of the event grounds and Big Boy rode his dirt bike around the track!” – Scotty Cranmer

Here’s some sad news that we just came across. After a few months of battling with issues, Trey Jones has announced that Jesco Jones has passed away. Without a doubt, Jesco has become one of the best known dogs in BMX, and even has his own signature Jesco Sprocket, and there’s countless riders around the world that have gotten to know Jesco from Trey’s FloriDeah videos and the frequent appearances in Scotty Cranmer‘s videos. We can only imagine how hard this has been on Trey. Rest in Peace, Jesco! You made BMX a better place.

Monster Energy – 2019 Toyota BMX Triple Challenge Highlights

This past weekend the Toyota BMX Triple Challenge went down in Arlington, Texas with a ton of BMX’s finest in attendance for a unique contest that mixed the street guys with the ramp riders. This time around they did a ramp / street setup versus the dirt jumps we’ve been seeing in the past. Here’s a highlight reel Monster Energy put together featuring Garrett Reynolds, Kevin Peraza, Dennis Enarson, Dakota Roche, Dan Lacey, Kareem Williams, Larry Edgar, Mike Gray, Trey Jones, Drew Bezanson, Gary Young, Brett Silva, Johnny Atencio, Victor Peraza, Parker Heath and more all throwing down!

Scotty Cranmer – Back On The Bike Again Street Mission

It’s always a good day when Scotty Cranmer gets back on the bike! Here’s a fresh video from a street session that Scotty, Trey Jones and Big Boy got in. They hit up a few spots, get kicked out and take a few spills, and Scotty gets some time on his bike, too! Overall it looks like it was a solid session. Take a look!

“A beautiful day in Florida so we took the BMX bikes to go ride some street and find some spots to get some tricks on! We got kicked out of the first spot by an aggressive guy and Big Boy fell on a 180 at the second spot. Trey almost fell into a confirmed alligator dwelling river at spot number three and I jumped a ramp at the final spot, it was a good day!” – Scotty Cranmer

Here’s a rad one that JP Flanders put together from Seminole County, Florida, which is home to Orlando. This 6 and a half minute mix features a bunch o solid riding plus some funny random clips and extras. This features Trey Jones, Jabe Jones and more getting down on street spots all over the area. The Shadow Conspiracy and Subrosa brought their team riders together for one big team trip…

Over the years, The Shadow Conspiracy and Subrosa Brand have existed under the same roof down in Florida, but we haven’t seen them do a lot of projects “together” so to speak, they’ve done a good job of keeping the brands separate. That changes with “ONE” which brings the team riders that represent both brands together for a team trip that was bound to produce some serious bangers. Today, we get a look at the trailer and if you aren’t excited to see this on the 4th of July, you’re crazy! Get ready!
