Last week we found out that BMX had lost Gabe Brooks in a fatal shooting. Since then the BMX world has been coming out in droves showing their love for the rider that had so much influence and impact on everyone from friends and family to riders on the other side of the world that never had the chance to spend some time with him. This past weekend there was a big street jam in Los Angeles to celebrate Gabe’s life and it brought out everyone for a day of riding, just how Gabe would have liked it. Take a look!

The other week Woodward Riviera Maya invited Garrett Reynolds, Chase Hawk, Kevin Peraza, Van Homan, Kriss Kyle, Anthony Napolitan and Daniel Dhers down to Mexico to spend some time riding the new setup. Here’s a look at a bunch of footage the crew collected during some of the demos they did during their stay. It looks like these guys were loving the setup.

It’s safe to say that Courage Adams has quickly climbed up to the top of a lot of people’s favorite riders list over the past two years. Between his INSANE bike control and balance, the ability to ride a cassette hub unlike any other riders, he always produces some incredible riding that never fails to make your brain melt. More On Freestyle BMX In The Olympics

A few months back it was announced that Freestyle BMX would be joining the Olympics, but since then we haven’t really heard much more…

That changed today when Vital BMX released an in-depth interview with Vice President of Elite Athletics Scott Schnitzspahn about Freestyle BMX being in the Olympics, what some of the challenges and hurdles will be before Tokyo in 2020 and beyond, and what we can expect to see leading up to it.
