Trails Tales – Evening Sessions at Woodward West

Woodward West giving you some insight into the fun they’re having every night during their trails sessions! Hit play to learn a little bit about the sessions, followed up by some real solid riding!

“Trails Tales with Danimal

Every night at Woodward West a major trail session begins from 7:30pm till dark. Here you will find most BMX and MTB campers bond and share the fun of playing in the dirt. Watch the likes of Dennis Enarson, and Jason Watts, shred the dirt jumps with all of the campers and staff, while Danimal explains what the evening sessions are all about.

Woodward West Dirt Jumps are the very best that it gets. We have everything from simple lines to competitive jumps. Campers slowly work themselves up to the big jumps with our Woodward West BMX/MTB instructors who show them the very best lines to hit.

Woodward West – Trails Tails With Mike Saavedra

When you have a guy like Mike Saavedra keeping the trails at a place like Woodward West dialed in, you know they’re going to be good. Here’s a little insight from Mike on what was new for 2016, along with some riding footage.

“Better late than never. In this video Mike Saavedra tells us a little but about the changes to the dirt jumps in 2016, and then we get to watch as everyone breaks in the new additions! Join us for Winter Camp and ride these amazing BMX/MTB trails in person. Woodward West has some of the best trails in the world.

Woodward West – Owen Akopiantz 10 for 10

There is no shortage of talent pumping out of the Woodward Camps. Here’s a new video Woodward West released featuring Owen Akopiantz throwing down on the ramps and dirt jumps! This kid has tailwhips on lock and is not scared to send it! Hit play for 10 real solid clips!

“Owen Akopiantz is a 15 year old man child, he has serious skills on a BMX bike and put it all on the line and took some heavy slams for this edit. We are stoked to have campers like Owen join us for summers at Woodward West. The BMX program is bigger than it has ever been. Thanks to our awesome staff guiding campers to learn some new skills. Woodward West boast some of the best BMX riding facilities in the west coast.

Mongoose Jam 2016 – Team Wallace

August 11, 2016

The next video from the Mongoose Jam at Woodward West has arrived. This time around we get a look at what Ben Wallace/s team cooked up! These guys kick things off on the Mega Ramp, and then proceed to shred everything else from the trails to all the ramps. These guys definitely took a slightly different approach for their video and it ended up real good.

“Team Wallace starts with a bang and doesn’t slow down the entire video! For his team, Ben Wallace chose Drew Bezanson, Nick Bruce and lucky camper Preston Overt with Leo Baron on the camera. They ride the entire camp of Woodward West throwing down some of the hardest tricks while keeping a fun vibe to the video.”

Mongoose Jam 2016 – Team Peraza

The videos from the Mongoose Jam video contest at Woodward West have been so good so far! Here’s a look at what Kevin Peraza‘s team cooked up during their time filming. This has everything from grinds to wild ramp and trails tricks. Excellent watch from start to finish!

This is a real diverse group that bring a bunch of different tricks and styles to the table making for a real good watch. Woodward West – VIP: Robin “Rambo” Davis

Not going to lie, when we read the title we were expecting some super beef cake carrying around a machine gun while crushing it on a BMX bike… Unfortunately, that idea didn’t quite pan out. Fortunately, Robin “Rambo” Davis did drop a ton of hammers in this new video from his time at Woodward West! Hit play to watch Robin drop a ton of tailwhip, barspin and flip combinations on the ramps and trails… This one does not disappoint… Other than not quite being what we hoped for from the title, haha.
