Last week we got a look at the wild new Dylan Steinhardt “Serpent Venom” video, now today we get a look at Dylan‘s current Tempered setup! You can check out a bunch of photos and a full parts list over on the Focalpoint website! Looks like it’s a dialed unit built to put a hurting on the streets!
If you’re new to working on a BMX bike, there’s a chance you probably didn’t think about all the different parts of the bike you should or should no grease. There’s a number of bolts and metal on metal contact points that do need grease, but there are also a handful of places like your bars and your stem that you do NOT want to grease. Here’s a video Brant Moore going in-depth taking a look at all of the different places you should use grease while pointing out places you shouldn’t. This is real helpful if you haven’t worked on a BMX bike much or just not sure where you should be lubing up. Take a peek!

The crew at Freedom BMX caught up with Felix Prangenberg and Tom Weikert to have them go head to head in a game of HORST (like horse, but German). This video is all in German, but fortunately the riding is easy to understand. Hit play to see what the guys threw down and who won!
“This episode of Game of HORST holds a special treat, because no one less than the street driver and the newcomer of the year 2018, Felix Prangenberg and Tom Weikert, competed against each other in Hall 59 in Cologne-Kalk. Felix was known to have been instrumental in getting Tom to wethepeople, so the question arose in advance as to whether Tom would be a little bit calmer in gratitude. Although you do not have to handle a NORA cup and simple session winner with kid gloves – and especially not when it turns out to be a little know-it-all … Curb, Ledge, those are bourgeois categories!

Troy’s one of those riders that you can always count on to deliver something awesome and this part is a good reminder of that. This has a good mix of tricks from grinds to big wallrides, hang fives and much, much more. This section spans 4 years worth of riding which helps give it a bit of a unique vibe just because his riding evolved and changed in that time little by little. Hit play and enjoy!

It’s wild to think of Troy as one of the O.G’s since I still remember first filming him at ASU campus for Mediocre at Best 7 years ago like it was yesterday. He’s always been able to do almost any trick you can think of, and his choice of what to do and film has developed into his own delightful signature style. If you hear some howling in the background on everyone else’s clips in the video, it’s most likely him. He’s been with this project from the very beginning in 2014, and has watched the whole thing go from a summertime mixtape, to never happening, to actually maybe gonna happen, back to never gonna happen, and so on and so forth. Things just wouldn’t be the same without dis man.

Profile Racing caught up with Jared Eberwein to take a closer look at his new Free Agent setup decked out with Profile Racing parts. Jared had a custom Snow Hammerlite powdercoat added to his frame, fork and bars, making for a really cool combo with the gold accents.
