Brandon Loupos Wins X Games 2018 BMX Dirt

Brandon Loupos is heading back home with a gold medal after winning X Games 2018 BMX Dirt Finals!

Last night was the BMX Dirt Finals at X Games 2018 in Minneapolis! With 10 amazing riders that were ready to drop in on the roll-in, things heated up quick with a ton of wild riding going down and some really great runs being put together. In the end, Brandon Loupos ended up on top with Logan Martin and Brian Fox coming in behind him. Check out the full replay above, or you can check out the best runs below from the top 3!

Want to learn how to Superbike Slide? Tate Roskelley can teach you…

We were never quite sure what Tate Roskelley called those slides he did, but now we know. 5050 BMX caught up with Tate to have him teach everyone how to do a Superbike Slide. This has a bunch of examples and some good tips on how to get it done. This is definitely one of those tricks you’re going to have to do a few times to figure out, but it looks awesome, so it’s definitely worth learning. Check it!

Chad Kerley Wins X Games 2018 BMX Street Finals

Chad Kerley comes out on top during the X Games 2018 BMX Street Finals!

Yesterday was the BMX Street Finals at the X Games and the deck was completely loaded with the top street riders in the world. When you drop that much talent on a course like the one the X Games built, it’s safe to say you’re going to see a ton of wild riding and that was exactly what went down. Chad Kerley ended up on top, beating out Garrett Reynolds and Devon Smillie! Above is Chad’s winning run and below you can find Garrett and Devon’s 2nd and 3rd place runs. Alex Hiam Wins Dave Mirra Best Trick – X Games 2018

Alex Hiam only needed one run to shut things down!

Last night was the Dave Mirra Best Trick contest at X Games 2018 in Minneapolis and the deck was stacked with some of the wildest ramp riders in world on the deck. Alex Hiam made the trip from Australia specifically for this contest and it’s safe to say he came fully prepared. Alex dropped in on his first attempt and dropped an absolute HAMMER that shot him straight to the top of the scoreboard. Check out what Alex threw down in the clip above! X Games 2018 – Women’s Jam Highlights

The ladies had a big jam on the X Games Park Course…

Last year the X Games held a Women’s Demo and it went awesome. They brought it back once again for 2018 and there was no shortage of talent coming in from all around the world for the jam. Above is a highlight reel from the session giving you a look at what went down! After you check that out, you should check out the video featuring Nina Buitrago below pushing to make the women’s event a legit contest. There’s a ton of ladies throwing down some incredible riding and it’s safe to say having an actual event would definitely be a good idea.
