The Resurrection of Ryan Mills – Life After Heroine Addiction

Ryan Mills went from Pro to a heroin addict. Now he’s getting his life back together and crushing it on his bike again!

As some of you may have heard last year, Ryan Mills is a recovering heroine addict (TJ Lavin interview with Ryan) after an injury that lead to pain medication that spiraled out of control and took his life over. In this video, Ryan talks about his drug addiction, how it all started, how much he was spending and what got him to turn his life back around. It’s a pretty wild story, but we’re beyond stoked to see Ryan back on the bike and using BMX as a way to stay busy and keep himself off drugs. It turns out, he still crushes it on a bike, too! Scotty Cranmer – FloriDeah Budget Build Challenge

You give Trey Jones $100 to build a quarterpipe / vert ramp, and he’ll get it done for $93.69

It’s that time again for Trey Jones to show us his engineering skills when he’s working with a limited budget. Scotty Cranmer challenged Trey to build a quarterpipe / vert ramp with a budget of $100 for materials. Here’s a video showing the build process and what went down on the ramp after Trey finished up the impressive build that is definitely FloriDeah approved.

“BMX budget build challenge! This time we are going to attempt to build a quarter pipe that we could ride BMX bikes on and do awesome tricks while keeping the cost under $100! We designed an awesome ramp and we make a how to about building the ramp! After the ramp is complete the guys get on their bikes and start riding and the tricks began straight away! The boys landed a barspin, a tail whip, 360, 540, and even a flair on their BMX bikes! Big Boy even learned a new trick at the end of the video!” – Scotty Cranmer

The winter has been a long, rough one for Fiend‘s connect, Raul Jula over in the Czech Republic, so he made his way to Barcelona, Spain to soak up the sun and endless spots thanks to TBB Bike! As you should know by now, Raul is a beast on a bike and he stacked a ton of great clips during his stay. Hit play and check it out!

The Hot Wheels Junior Series kicked off at the Vans Skatepark out in Orange, California with a ton of young guns coming out to throw down on the street course and the Mini Ramp. Check out all the highlights giving you a look at what went down! The future is bright!

FBM – Winter Warehouse Session

The FBM warehouse ramps have been getting proper use with all that snow on the ground in New York…

It’s been a brutal winter, especially up in the Northeast with the countless snow storms that have been pounding the area the past few months. Fortunately, FBM have a few warehouse ramps to make it a little more bearable. Here’s a video they whipped up from a session that went down with some of the team and family that keep FBM chugging along. It’s a pretty basic setup, but it looks like it leads to plenty of good times and dialed riding. If you want more, you can also check out a bunch of photos from the session RIGHT HERE.
