Sunday Bikes – 2022 Complete Bikes Preview

June 2, 2021

Sunday Bikes 2022 Complete Bikes Preview

This past year or so has been insane, and it’s been hard for brands to keep their bikes in stock and it sounds like it’s getting even harder to get more from manufacturers. Sunday Bikes have released a preview of their new 2022 Complete Bikes that we would imagine will be released sometime this summer or fall. One thing that’s interesting (other than all of these bikes look great) is that they mention some components of the bikes are subject to change due to availability. We would imagine this will be something we’ll be seeing more of from brands this year and likely into next year. Either way, you can check out the full line up of bikes over on the SUNDAY BIKES WEBSITE now!

“We are excited to introduce our new 2022 complete bike line. At a time when bikes continue to be in high demand, we are stoked to release some fresh new bikes out to market. As always, Sunday Bikes continue to be the benchmark for value, quality and style.

We like to keep our bikes consistent, cohesive and fresh at the same time, and the 2022 line continues that tradition. You’ll find our popular Blueprint, Primer and Scout lines in reliable colorways, along with unique details throughout the Forecaster line including full chromoly frames for the first time. The Soundwave Special has always been a favorite for riders looking to get the best bike at a great value. This year we’re adding a cassette hub option featuring the Odyssey Antigram Cassette hub and Calibur V2 cranks, which allows the bike to be converted to LHD if desired.

Building on Broc Raiford’s addition to the team, we are introducing the new Broc Raiford Darkwave Authentic. This model is 100% aftermarket parts and exactly what Broc rides, all the way down to his signature Odyssey product, left hand drive setup and top tube size.

Stand-out vibrant colors can be found throughout the new line, in addition to some exciting new ones. Sunday bikes always look good on the shop floor, and you can continue to count on the same durability, manufacturing quality and modern spec that has made Sunday the go-to brand. We hope that you’ll enjoy checking out the new Sundays as much as we enjoyed making them. As always, thank you for your continued support!” – Sunday Bikes

Unclicked Podcast – Brad Simms: Round 2

June 1, 2021

The Unclicked Podcast has been on fire! They just dropped another round with Brad Simms where he discusses the whole Fit Bike Co. fiasco in-depth, along with talking about his other sponsor deals, money, injuries, Instagram and more. This is a real interesting listen, especially after getting Chris Moeller’s perpective the other week. Hit play and give it a listen!

“Pick up the Unclicked / Traction Coffee collab! $5 from every bag goes toward paying travel expenses for a special guest—voted by you guys—to come do the show… Leave a comment with some suggestions.

A bit of a special episode. I received a few calls/emails from industry folk and riders after Chris Moeller’s polarizing episode, but Brad in particular had the most to say. In the end, the only real solution was to have Brad fly out and sit down to discuss his side of the story…

Brian Tunney – May 2021 Clips

June 1, 2021

Another month has flown by, and that means that it’s time for Brian Tunney to give us a look at what he got into during his sessions over the course of May! This one is more focused on a few clips versus a mix of a bunch of combos compared to his past videos, but it’s a real solid watch. Take a look!

“This was a ‘clear out the idea book’ month before embarking on a new flatland journey in June. The circular half-hiker to elbow glide to invisible hand routine and all of its variations is endless, but I am getting a little tired of it, so here’s the last of it for a while. The first thing is a half-hiker holding the pedal instead of the seat and on the whiplash part, I gave the crank a back pedal and landed ankledeath. It’s one of the few times I wrote something down and it worked out just like I thought it would in 30 something years of bike riding. The rest is the odd ilk of one-handed switch elbow glides, invisible hands on the frame and hitchhikers.” – Brian Tunney
