Paris Street Session with PJ Martini & Sam Merle
Here’s one we had sent through from some riding time that PJ Martini and Sam Merle got in while cruising around Paris. This one starts out at a flat rail that looks like it was built to be ridden, followed up by a bank spot, some brick transitions and a stair and ledge spot. This is more of a raw cut showing what these got into, so there’s a good amount of b-roll footage, but it’s still a solid watch. Take a look!
“First episode of our new serie RENOVLOG, to show you what’s going on in our hood!
Here, our boys PJ Martini and Sam Merle killing it in the parisian suburb! Going spot to spot, and ending the day at the local! What a day!
Next episode soon!” – Reno Bike Co.

Walmart Bikes Aren’t Real BMX Bikes
Anyone who has rode BMX for more than 10 minutes knows that you can’t expect much from a department store bike. These “BMX bikes” are mass produced using the cheapest materials to keep the price down as much as possible. Here’s a video where Brant Moore discusses why Walmart bikes aren’t real BMX bikes, and what you should be looking into when you do go shopping for your first complete BMX bike. Hit play and take it all in.
“BMX Bikes from Walmart are not real BMX bikes and they can not hold up to the abuse that BMX freestyle deals to them.
In this video I talk about the differences between real BMX bikes and the BMX bikes you might find at Walmart or any other department store.
If you’re trying to convince someone or yourself to go to a local bike shop and buy a real BMX bike or buy a used custom bike, this is the video for you!”
Here are two more videos Brant put together that should help you when looking into buying a BMX Bike…
