Nathan Williams On Kink BMX – Welcome Video

January 19, 2018

Nathan Williams is now doing it for Kink BMX!

Here’s some news we have a feeling plenty of people have been thinking about since it was announced that Nathan Williams had left the United team after 11 years. Today, Kink BMX announced that Nathan has joined their Pro team! Now, some of you may have been able to connect the dots and saw this coming with the ties to Kink’s parent company, Blackout Distribution, which also owns Cinema BMX and distributes Etnies, two of Nathan’s other sponsors. But, for the most part this should be a surprise for many of you. Above is a short but sweet welcome video, and below you can find a few words from Kink on the news! Below that is a video Ride BMX dropped with Nathan where he sits down to get honest…

“Kink BMX is honored to welcome 2018, and another progressive year for Kink and BMX, with the announcement of Nathan Williams to the Kink Pro Team! Nathan will be repping Kink, continuing to leave his mark on street spots and setups around the world, with a new family and plenty of projects in the works. As always, our focus remains on promoting the best riders in the game, with high quality products, and endless travels with the squad to back it all up! We’re as stoked for the future, as we are proud of the past; stay tuned and stay the course!

Shot and edited by Darryl Tocco.”

“The rather heavy news dropped today that Nathan Williams is now riding for Kink BMX. I met up with Nathan and Kink’s resident filmer Darryl Tocco one morning to discuss his reasons for leaving United, what it’s been like riding for a new bike company for the first time in his pro career, and a few things in between. As I generally intend with these, they’re rather loose, not formatted and barely edited…just an actual conversation.

My apologies for the sup-bar audio on Darryl and myself…the mic that was supposed to pick up our voices had a bunch of feedback on it and was pretty unusable.” – Ryan Fudger / Ride BMX
