Sneak Peek: Mutiny Bikes – Post Matt Roe Frame

June 22, 2017

Mutiny Bikes giving us a sneak preview of their new Post Matt Roe Frame…

Mutiny Bikes Post Matt Roe Frame BMX

As some of you might have noticed over the past year or so, Matt Roe has taken a step out of the light of being a Pro rider to focus on other things like work and more. Matt still rides, he just chose to take steps to wind down his riding career to have more time for other aspects of his life. After that decision, Mutiny Bikes had discontinued Matt’s popular signature Conjurer frame. Due to the popularity of the frame, they have decided to release a similar frame with the same geometry, just a few other changes. Today, Mutiny gave us a look at the Post Matt Roe frame or the PMR frame that will be coming later this year. We don’t have full details yet, but we would assume that it will have a 74.5-degree head tube angle, 69-degree seat tube angle, 11.6″ bottom bracket height, 8.1″ standover height and an 13.25″ (slammed) chain stay length like the previous Conjurer frame. What we do know is that we are loving that translucent blue color!

We’ll keep you posted when we get full details closer to the release!

FloriDeah – Woodward Day 3: Worlds Longest Slider

June 22, 2017

It’s that time of the day again! Trey Jones just dropped the day 3 video from his trip to Woodward East with Jabe Jones, Matty Cranmer and Joris Coulomb. Despite a little wind, it looks like it was another fun day of riding, plus Trey did one hell of a slider. Check it!

“Day 3 was awesome!! We started out at the pump track and just rode all day long. Stay tuned for day 4 tomorrow!!”

Billy Perry – GoPro BMX Riding In NYC 7

June 22, 2017

It’s that time again! Billy Perry strapped the GoPro on for another full day of riding around New York City with Anthony Panza and Austin Augie! Watch as they cruise spots and zig zag through crazy traffic! Looks like it was another good day in the city.

“Part 7 of the GoPro POV Bike Riding in NYC series featuring Anthony Panza, Austin Augie and myself (Billy Perry). We ride BMX all over scenic New York City, weaving through traffic, skitching cabs, jumping on trucks, riding into buildings as well as dodging cops, security guards, pedestrians and cars.”

Fit Bike Co. – 4 Peace Bars

June 22, 2017

Take a closer look at the new 4 Peace Bars from Fit Bike Co.

Fit Bike Co. For Peace BMX Bars

Although we’re pretty sure this is the third set of 4-piece Bars that have used the “For Peace” name (Blank BMX make some, and Shadow Conspiracy were going to name Simone Barraco’s signature 4-piece bars that before they found out about Blank BMX’s bars), Fit Bike Co. decided the name was too good not to give it a run. Their new For Peace 4-piece bars are made right here in the U.S.A from Straight Gauge .083″ Wall 4130 chromoly tubing with a 9″ rise, 29″ width, 10.5-degrees of backsweep and 4-degrees of upsweep with a big box design and large top bend radiuses to increase the overall strength.

The For Peace Bars are available in Black and clear coat raw for colors, weigh in at 2.4 lbs. and cost $59.99 – $64.99 through BMX shops and mail-orders that carry Fit Bike Co. worldwide or direct from the FIT BIKE CO WEBSTORE now.

Mutiny Bikes – 2017 Mixtape: Brandon Hoerres and Austin Brunger

June 22, 2017

Whenever we see Brandon Hoerres‘ name pop up, we know that we’re in for something awesome. We don’t see Brandon’s name all too often, but when we found out he had footage in the 2017 Mixtape from Mutiny Bikes, we were sold on the fact that the video was going to kick ass (and it does). Here’s a look at Brandon’s section, along with Austin Brunger who also kicks a lot of ass with a flowy style in the bowls, grinds, nose balance and more. This section is too good to miss!
