Penumbra BMX – “Musafir” Trailer

The Penumbra BMX crew hit us with a link to their new full-length video “Musafir” that’s coming out here soon. Mustafir means “traveller” and this video is focused around all of the trips they have been taking around Indonesia. It looks like these guys spent their time bouncing around on planes, trains, boats and cars seeking out spots to ride, and we’re sure the full video will be packed with plenty of dialed riding. This trailer gives us a taste of what’s to come, so take a peek!

Gorge Road, Queenstown – Autumn Ride

Here’s a rad one we spotted over on Can You Dig It that we’re sure will get all of you trails riders pumped. With temperatures starting to drop down in Queenstown, New Zealand, Martin Sedlak decided to take advantage of the cooler temps and strapped the GoPro onto his chest for a few trains through the legendary Gorge Road trails. This footage gets a little rough at times, but overall it’s a fun ride since that place is nothing short of incredible!

Shadow X Subrosa World Tour – Southwest Highlights

The Shadow Conspiracy and Subrosa World Tour continues. This time around, the crew spends some time between Arizona and California cruising skateparks and visiting shops along the way! “Head South as the Shadow and Subrosa World Tour soldiers on through the deserts of Glendale, Arizona and beaches of San Diego, California.

Featuring wild riding from the whole Shadow and Subrosa crew including Simone Barraco, Joris Coulomb, Mark Burnett, Albert Mercado, Kyle Hart, Johnny Atencio, and Jabe Jones as well as the locals of both Glendale X-Court and Chicano Park.

Nigel Sylvester Louis Vuitton Wrapped Bike Check

Here’s one for you Louis Vuitton lovers out there. Nigel Sylvester has a brand new bike check online that gives us a closer look at this crazy collaboration bike he did with designer Daniel McRorie. This bike is completely wrapped in leather with the Louis Vuitton logos from top to bottom, minus wheels and a few parts, and looks so crazy. This BMX video has a pretty laid back vibe thanks to the music and riding, but don’t let that fool you… There’s plenty of heat in this one because both guys bring a ton of style, grinds, nose balance and more to this video that makes for a great watch! Odyssey BMX – Path Pro Tire

The new Path Pro Tire from Odyssey has arrived…

It looks like Odyssey have decided to revive their classic Path Tire with a new, modern look! The new Path Pro Tire is based off the classic from the early 2000’s with a similar directional tread pattern and smooth center for less rolling resistance and micro-knurling on the side blocks for extra traction. This tire is made from a proprietary rubber compound that has improved grip and wear resistance with dual ply sidewalls for increased strength.

The Path Pro Tire comes in 2.25″ and 2.40″ sizes, has a 100 Max PSI rating, weighs in at 26.7 oz. (2.25″) and 27.8 oz. (2.40″) with black for the only color option for now. You can pick the tire up for $25.99 through BMX shops and mail-orders that carry Odyssey worldwide now.

Since this is an actual concern for some of you… The Path Pro Tire DOES squeak.

Talk about a blast from the past.. You could find Path tires on my bike back in the day, so this is pretty rad to see it making a comeback with a modern twist. What do you think? Let us know in the comments below!
