Scotty Cranmer – Skatepark’s Closed: 20 Trick Challenge

What happens when you show up to the skatepark and can’t ride it because it’s closed? If you’re Scotty Cranmer you don’t just pack back up and head out, you try and ride everything you can find around the park. Hit play as Scotty and Big Boy try and make the best of the situation!

“We drove all the way to Hamilton Skatepark with intensions of filming a video and instead we rolled up to a perfect skatepark with a locked gate and a sign that said No Trespassing or you will be fined or arrested! So. me and Big Boy decided to take the lemons and try to make Lemonade by doing a 20 Trick Challenge around the park! I rode everything from parking blocks and bleachers to trees and Bicycle racks to show that you can have fun and come up with some pretty cool ideas even if there are no ramps to ride! Highway to Hill 2016 Highlights

Freedom BMX dropped their highlight video from the annual Highway To Hill contest at Mellowpark over in Germany! This is seven minutes of heat from park to dirt and street. Hit play and take it all in!

Review: “Dollar Bet” DVD

It’s not every day that we get a new DVD to check out, and it’s definitely not every day that we get the chance to check out a BMX video that we’ve been anticipating since the initial trailer dropped announcing that video. Today, the mail-man stopped by with a copy of the Shawn “Elf” Walters produced “Dollar Bet” video that we’ve been anticipating since December! It didn’t take us very long to pop this one in the DVD player and hit play, so we figured it would be a good time to do a quick review for those of you on the hunt for something new!

It sounds like Diogo Santos has been making a ton of changes. He recently stepped down from the Federal Bikes and DUB teams, made the move to Barcelona, Spain and even decided to switch things up and run micro-pegs. Sometimes that’s what it takes to keep BMX fresh for some people and it looks to be working real well for Diogo. Product: Firma – Bottle Cap Fork Top Cap

Just when you think everything that could be done with a BMX Fork top cap, somebody comes up with another interesting idea that catches your eye. The guys over at Custom Riders tipped us off to this new one from a brand called Firma that we’re not all that familiar with, but we are digging one of their new products. The Bottle Cap fork top cap is CNC machined from 7075 aluminum with two sizes; H24 or H25 thread, to fit most BMX forks between the two sizes. What’s unique is the top is shaped to fit any bottle cap tight on top to give it a unique look that’s custom to you that you can change out any time you have a new bottle cap.
