Par BMX – Janis Bauska “Primal Instincts”
Par BMX just hit us with a link to their latest BMX video that features Janis Bauska putting in work at the MonsterPark skatepark. In a world of riders who are consistently doing a lot of the same things, it’s good to see riders that like the mix in their own flavor of riding. Janis is one of those guys that adds a little spice to his riding with some interesting combos, a few unique uses of the pick up barspin and one of the few guys to see somebody mix a caveman with a bike flip. Take a look, you won’t be disappointed.
“Janis rides in a way like no other. Seems like most of his stuff is done while goofing around yet it is some incredible riding. It’s hard to imagine what goes on in his head while he’s on that bike, but we’ve tried so in this short indoor video. Primal instincts of Janis Bauska.

Red Bull – Matthias Dandois: Paris Rooftops

“When music and sports meet, this leads to unforgettable moments. The rider Matthias Dandois Stand face to the Fire and Holly Tom Brune artists while they were recording in the studio a title for the album Perch, 10 Birds, trendy rooftop which offers stunning views of the capital. The flatland enjoyed the sound, and was able to immortalize this meeting with a ride session on the roofs of the Parisian restaurant-bar. Magic.” – Red Bull France
James Newrick “NSF2” Section
What were you doing 14 years ago? Well, if you are James Newrick, you would have been putting in work on street spots an skateparks over in the U.K for the “NSF2” video. Fast forward 14 years and Jim just put out part one of Hit The North, still slaying spots with his friends like he was years ago. Hit play and enjoy this classic!
“Anyone around my age with an interest in street riding should be more than familiar with James Newrick’s NSF 2 part, which was released on VHS in 2002. Even now, whenever I hear that Peter Hook bassline on Joy Division’s Shadowplay it makes me want to go and hop something in a bleak Northern setting. The BMX world has changed so much since NSF 2 that it’s hard to explain how sacred BMX videos such as this were.” – James Cox / DIG BMX
