Product: TLC Bikes – Titanium Spokes and Bolts

This morning, our friends over at TLC Bikes hit us up with two photos of a custom wheel that they built utilizing Profile Racing’s Z-Coaster with their Titanium spokes and bolts and an Alienation rim. As you can imagine, with the price of the hub and the price of titanium spokes and bolts, this wheel ended up being REALLY expensive, but REALLY nice. We don’t see too many brands offering Titanium parts due to the high cost of the materials, but a few brands such as TLC Bikes and Profile Racing still offer small parts like bolts and spokes for those of you looking to shed a few extra ounces off your bike. We figured you probably didn’t know TLC Bikes offer titanium spokes and bolts, so let’s take a closer look!

Strictly BMX – Noble Park Session

Subrosa In Oregon

The Subrosa team recently spent some time in Oregon thanks to QBMX where they hit up a bunch of cement skateparks and slammed a lotta PBR’s. Check out this video that’s just over 6 minutes of pure goodness from the trip. Looks like it was one hell of a good time!

Bikepark – The Riders Game Returns

Since we know how much you guys love BMX video games, we figured it would be worth mentioning the Bikepark – The Riders Game has returned. They dropped this quick video teaser giving you a look at some of the game play and have made the game downloadable on their website — BikeParkCommunity.com. The quality is a little rough around the edges, but it looks like it is still a solid BMX video game to kill some time with if you’re bored or can’t get out on your bike for a bit.

Kink – Travis Hughes 2015 Video

Wow. Kink Bikes just sent through their latest video featuring Travis Hughes that is jam packed with banger after banger out on the streets. Travis has quickly been climbing the ranks and it’s safe to say that he is on absolute FIRE as of late. Must see BMX video for sure!

Demolition Parts – Colorado Camping Trip

A few weeks back the Demolition Parts crew headed to Colorado for some camping and to check out some of their finest cement parks! Above is the video they came home with and you better believe with a crew like this, crazy riding went down! We were slightly bummed there was no Brian Castillo footage though…

“The Demolition summer camping trip to Colorado was epic before it even started. With our riders, Tyler Fernengel, Chris Doyle, Kris Fox, Rob Wise, Matt Cordova, Connor Lodes, and Dennis Enarson we already knew the crew was tight and everyone was already ready to get to Colorado to ride some epic parks. More importantly than the riding, the crew felt more like a family than a team on this trip, and like most “camping trips” the experience there was unforgettable. Oh, and the riding was f-n nuts…

The Merged – “Don’t Reinvent The Wheel”

Yakob over at The Merged dropped a new piece called “Don’t Reinvent the Wheel” which takes a look at a handful of products that were attempted and ultimately failed. He event touches on the BMX Grind guard we posted yesterday that is trying to bring back something that failed multiple times in the past. Check that out RIGHT HERE. We almost forgot about the pedals that bolted onto the spindle. The guy that made those was nuttier than squirrel turds.
