Pat “Big Daddy” Laughlin is back on it with a fresh video. Here’s a look at some riding he got in while riding at Woodward Tahoe. This one is a little more calm than his old Big Daddy videos, but the riding is definitely on point! Take a look!

When we see a video pop up from somebody we haven’t seen much of, there’s usually a story behind why from life getting in the way, injuries or illness. Poiss Barbier dropped us a link to a video that shows the riding he has been filming the past nearly 2 years as he battled anorexia. It sounds like Poiss has gotten things back under control and his recovery has allowed him to enjoy riding his bike again, which is amazing. Hit play to check out the clips! “After 3 years dealing with Anorexia, being too weak & cold to ride my bike. I’m proud of what accomplished in 2020.
During the last 20 months, I’ve gained 2 pants sizes, happiness, strength & motivation to ride my bike.
Filming these clips was not easy with a full time job in a supermarket a lockdown & chronic fatigue & water retention due to my body using all the energy from food to recover from 3 years off eating disorder, I had to eat A FUCKING LOT.
This is not my best riding, but damn, it feels good to finally put a video part online.
2020 was crazy.

The updates for BMX The Game keep rolling, and it looks like they’ve released one last one for the year with improvements for the game, along with some holiday inspired mods to the maps and characters. Check out a little promo above, then more details below!
“Almost a month since we updated the game. Now, Winter Update is real. We’ve made a lot of efforts to bring this new version and 30% off! It’s a tough situation, working from home and not being able to be with the team, but the Barspin Studios team is doing its best to keep improving the game in every patch. This update is the last of 2020, an amazing year for us, releasing the Early Access of BMX The Game to still making it together with you and the rest of the community.
We upgraded our Game Engine, better physics (aerials, riding, spins, tricks, helpers, etc.), new tricks, the famous Pin Dropper, Winter clothes (and special Xmas wear), we improved the performance of the game (note that the city doesn’t work correctly until we finish it, so please, read the disclaimer on the Loading screen), a new Featured Park, now you can change your rider skin, freecoaster (finally!!) and much more! Maybe you’ll have a slow download, please, be patient, this new version has new files built on a better Game Engine. If you switch between different game updates (from other games), your velocity will increase!
In the last 4 months, we’ve made a big effort to still developing the game, thanks for supporting our work. These days we’ll rest a bit, taking energy for the next year.
