The crew over at Subrosa just announced the new Matt Ray signature MR1 frame that is available now! The news came with a BIKE CHECK and full specs and details (which we have below) on the frame! This is Matt’s first signature frame and it’s safe to say it turned out awesome. Get more details below!

Subrosa Brand Matt Ray MR1 BMX Frame

The Matt Ray signature MR1 frame is made from full Sanko 4130 chromoly tubing with a 75-degree head tube angle, 71-degree seat tube angle, 11.5″ bottom bracket height, 8.75″ standover height and a 13.4″ (slammed) chainstay length. The frame features a 120mm tall, heat-treated, integrated heat tube, gussets on the top and down tubes, double butted top and down tubes, an integrated seat post clamp, Mid bottom bracket, a Wishbone on the chainstays, plenty of clearance for 2.40″ tires, removable seat stay brake mounts and guides and 14mm dropouts.

The MR1 frame comes in 20.5″, 20.75″ and 21″ top tube lengths, colors of gloss black and Satin Translucent Blue and weighs in at 4.8 lbs. (20.5″). The frame is available through BMX shops and mail-orders that carry Subrosa now! You can also pick it up on the Subrosa Webstore for $329.99!
