Let’s get into this!

RIG STEM
Let’s start off with the newest addition to the line. The Rig top load Stem is CNC machined from 6061 alloy with a 53mm reach, 33mm stack height and 32mm rise. The stem is 45mm wide, which gives it more area to clamp on the bars to reduce the risk of slipping. You can also find a rounded back, beveled edges, a debossed Demolition logo in the face plate, extra internal machining for additional weight savings, solid chromoly bolts and a recessed top for a flush fork compression cap.

The Rig top load stem is available in black and polished with a weight of 10.8 oz and a price tag of $62.99. It can be picked up through any BMX shop or mail-order that carry Demolition Parts worldwide now.

RIG BARS
The Rig Bars are made from heat-treated, 13-butted 4130 chromoly tubing with two rise options; 9″ and 9.25″, a width of 29″, 12-degrees of backsweep, 2-degrees of upsweep, 6.5″ (9″) or 6.75″ (9.25″) crossbar height and an 11.28″ (9″) or 11.3″ (9.25″) crossbar width.

The Rig bars are available in Black and chrome with a weight of 33.2 oz. (9″) with a price tag of $67.99 for the black or $73.99 for the chrome bars. These bars can be picked up through any BMX shop or mail-order that carry Demolition Parts worldwide now.

RIG TIRE
The Rig tires were designed to go wherever Dennis wanted to go whether it’s the skatepark, streets or trails. You can find a smoother pattern in the middle of the tread to help reduce rolling resistance and deeper grooves and blocks with knurling on the sides to give you plenty of traction while turning. The tires are made from a dual density rubber compound that is 20% stronger and more durable to help prevent the tires from wearing down or cracking quickly with nylon cord plies, 4 cord wire bead steel cables to ensure the tire will stay on the rim and a 110 PSI rating.

The Rig tire is available in sizes of 2.25″ and 2.40″ with colors of black, black with a tan wall and black with a white wall and a price tag of $25.99 each. These can also be picked up through any BMX shop or mail-order that carry Demolition Parts worldwide now.

RIG CRANKS
If you haven’t caught on by now, the entire range was designed with strength being key. The Rig cranks were especially designed for their strength. The cranks start out with heat-treated 4130 chromoly arms with a built in ridge face for increased strength and stiffness with a spindle boss that sits flush to prevent the dreaded crank arm bite, a 24mm, 48-splined heat-treated chromoly spindle and chromoly spindle bolts with 3/8″ ratchet and 6mm allen key slots to keep your cranks tight.

The Rig cranks are available in flat black or chrome with 170mm and 175mm sizes (Note: 165mm will be coming in the near future), a weight of 31.6 oz. (175mm) and a price tag of $149.99! The Rig cranks can also be picked up through any BMX shop or mail-order that carry Demolition Parts worldwide now.

The Rig Cranks also come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY against bending and breaking.

That’s the entire range of Dennis Enarson’s signature Rig range from Demolition Parts. You can learn more about Demolition by visiting their website — DemolitionParts.com

Are you on the hunt for some new BMX tires? You’re in luck because Eclat have just released the new Bruno Hoffmann signature Preadtor tire that we’ve been on the look out for, for a little while now.

The Predator tire features a 120 TPI construction with a 100 PSI rating and a wire bead. The directional tread pattern features a V pattern down the center with cross grooves, leaving for a smoother center to help reduce rolling resistance and knurling that wraps all the way around the tire from sidewall to sidewall giving you plenty of grip while turning. Bruno wanted to ensure that this tire would hold up to the heaviest of grind sessions so they gave the tire reinforced sidewalls and a narrower shape the make sure you aren’t hanging up on grinds as much.

Sneak Peek: Demolition Parts – New Tires

April 18, 2016

demolition-parts-bmx-tire-3

If you caught the Josh Clemens Bike Check last week, you already got a look at these new tires that Demolition Parts are working on. There’s not much information, but based off the photos it looks like they’re at least 2.40″ and feature a tread pattern that kind of reminds us of the Odyssey Frequency G flatland tires that have been available for quite a while, just more street friendly. It looks to have a smoother tread pattern with plenty of grooves to give you grip, with what appears to be some light knurling added on the sides for extra traction while turning. We’ll keep you posted as soon as we know more! Check out two more photos below..

UPDATE: It appears that this tire is Mike “Hucker” Clark‘s signature “Hammerhead” tire. Spotted here – Mike “Hucker” Clark Bike Check!

Sneak Peek: Cult – Alex Kennedy Signature AK Tire

April 10, 2016

cult-ak-bmx-tire

Is it time for some new BMX tires? Well, you might want to hold out just for a little bit longer, because Cult will be releasing these new Alex Kennedy signature AK tires later this month! There’s not a ton of info on these, but based off the photos, it looks like the tire features a smooth center tread for less rolling resistance with a flower pattern that is real unique compared to other tires, sides with criss cross grooves and knurling for extra grip while turning and then the same flower pattern on the sidewalls. We’re also seeing a 2.50″ width which is BIG. We’ve been seeing 2.40″ tires become a bit of the norm lately, but these step things up another level. No word on weight, but they’re also claiming to be lightweight as well.

We will let you know more as soon as they’re available. View another photo below.

Product: Sunday Bikes – Street Sweeper Tires

April 7, 2016

sunday-bikes-street-sweeper-bmx-tires-angle
On the hunt for some new BMX tires? Well, you’re in luck because the new Jake Seeley signature Street Sweeper tires from Sunday Bikes have arrived. These tires feature a directional tread pattern that utilizes a dual rubber compound designed specifically for those of you who like to grind. The center tread of the tire is smooth to help reduce rolling resistance, it’s also made from a softer durometer of rubber for increased grip. The sides of the tire feature offset grooves with a groove that runs around the entire tire which helps give you a little extra grab while turning. The sides of the tire feature a harder durometer that helps resist wear and tear from grinding, as well as allow you to grind a little smoother because that harder rubber isn’t as sticky. The tire is currently available in a 2.40″ size with black for the only color and a max PSI of 100. We have a feeling that we’ll be seeing more colors in the future since there was a sample of purple tires in Jake’s latest bike check.

The Street Sweeper tires are available through BMX shops and mail-orders that carry Sunday Bikes worldwide now, along with his new signature Street Sweeper 4-Piece bars!

Sneak Peek: Animal Bikes X Terrible One Tires

March 23, 2016

animal-bikes-terrible-one-bmx-tire-new

Here’s some news we’ve been waiting to let people in on for a while now. Some of you might recall a few months back we got a look at a new tire Animal Bikes is working on that we didn’t have much information on at the time. Well, it turns out that Animal Bikes and Terrible One are actually collaborating on two tires, the Ursa Major and the Ursa Minor that will be hitting BMX shops and mail-orders worldwide very soon. Below you can get the full scoop from Joe Rich. Keep an eye out for an interview we’re working on with Joe that should be dropping soon as well!

“A few couple of years back, the idea of working with Animal to design a tire took seed. The main driving force behind this was wanting to run Animal tires as a way of supporting them, but there wasn’t one that existed that was designed around riding tranny and roasting concrete. So I talked to Bob Scerbo about it at the time and he relayed my thoughts to Ralph. Lucky for me, Ralph liked my reasoning behind this, and wanted to see it happen. So I brought my ideas to Frank Lam, who was their product designer at the time. Funny enough, Frank and I used to ride together at these contests that were put on by T&C Cycles in South Plainfield, NJ back in the early 90’s. So it was extra good to be in touch with someone again from so long ago. Frank and I went back and forth with the ideas and how they could create the best result for what I was looking for. In the end, working together with Frank gave light to something that ended up being more than I could have hoped for. So stoked. These would never have been possible without Bob, Frank, or Ralph at Animal. Thank you all so much. More info to come soon on these!” – Joe Rich
