We’re covering some solid ground today! Let’s keep this part going. Next up on our list was to bug Brian Castillo and see what he has been cooking up out in California for Volume Bikes and Demolition Parts lately! They ended up having a handful of new items that you’re going to want to get a look at! Let’s do this!
Demolition Parts‘ popular Momentum Tire is now available in this new Grey Top with Black sidewall color. Unlike some tires that are painted to be a specific color, these are made from a grey rubber compound so the color won’t fade after wearing the tire down. The Momentum tire features a low profile rectangle pattern that has plenty of grip on all terrains with a 110 max PSI and a wire bead to keep the tire seated. The Momentum tire with grey top and black sidewall is available in 2.20″ and 2.35″ with a weight of 19 oz. (2.35) and a retail price of $29.99. This tire is available worldwide through BMX shops and mail-orders that carry Demolition Parts now.
A few weeks back the Demolition Parts crew headed to Colorado for some camping and to check out some of their finest cement parks! Above is the video they came home with and you better believe with a crew like this, crazy riding went down! We were slightly bummed there was no Brian Castillo footage though…
“The Demolition summer camping trip to Colorado was epic before it even started. With our riders, Tyler Fernengel, Chris Doyle, Kris Fox, Rob Wise, Matt Cordova, Connor Lodes, and Dennis Enarson we already knew the crew was tight and everyone was already ready to get to Colorado to ride some epic parks. More importantly than the riding, the crew felt more like a family than a team on this trip, and like most “camping trips” the experience there was unforgettable. Oh, and the riding was f-n nuts…

Yes, yes and more yes! Demolition Parts have released Matt Cordova‘s latest BMX video from this summer and DAMN is it good! If you’re looking for style, this is the video you have to hit play on! Matt crushes street spots, skateparks, trails and pools in this one… So good. Just watch already!

It’s pretty rad seeing how riders are able to balance out multiple roles in BMX these days. Christian Rigal is a perfect example of that who is one hell of an amazing rider, but he’s equally as dialed on the other side of the lens as well. There’s no doubt that you’re a fan of his riding, his film work or both. With that being said, between riding and filming, Christian is constantly on the move working on projects from his section for the new United DVD “Still United” section to getting his new RED Scarlet Dragon camera dialed in. We haven’t caught up with him in a little while, so we figured now would be a perfect time to catch up with him and see what’s new! There’s some Markit news that we’re especially excited about… Check it!

With the release of Demolition Parts‘ July drop, their new Digital Camo Trooper pedals are finally available! The Trooper pedal is a classic in the Demolition line using a nylon plastic body with 10 square molded pins and micro-knurling throughout for plenty of grip and a horizontally concaved shape to grip the sole of your shoe better and give additional comfort. Inside, you can find a solid heat-treated chromoly spindle and unsealed bearings. The Trooper pedals are available in colors of Digital Camo, black, gum, purple, red, cyan, black and white splatter and black and blue splatter with a weight of 14.5 oz. per pair.
