Red Bull – Drew Bezanson: The Learning Curve – Ep 6

Red Bull just sent through the sixth episode of Drew Bezanson‘s “The Learning Curve” giving us a look at his voyage into giving downhill mountain bike contests a go. This episode gives us a look at his last real chance to qualify for the Joyride contest he’s been working toward for a few months. Can he do it? Hit play and find out.

This week on The Learning Curve with Drew Bezanson, we find the Canadian at the Colorado Freeride Festival, on the hunt for an elusive wildcard pick that could land him that coveted spot at Red Bull Joyride.
Midway through the season, with only 88 points of the 1,150 needed to qualify for the season finale event in Whistler, Bezanson is on the ropes as he stares down his last chance to fulfil five months’ worth of hard work.
Earning a first-place position in his first run, he gains some early momentum in the contest until a blown wheel on his second attempt throws a wrench in his plans. Can he get back on track and find the ticket to Red Bull Joyride he so desperately wants?

Mongoose Jam 2016 – Team Wallace

The next video from the Mongoose Jam at Woodward West has arrived. This time around we get a look at what Ben Wallace/s team cooked up! These guys kick things off on the Mega Ramp, and then proceed to shred everything else from the trails to all the ramps. These guys definitely took a slightly different approach for their video and it ended up real good.

Team Wallace starts with a bang and doesn’t slow down the entire video! For his team, Ben Wallace chose Drew Bezanson, Nick Bruce and lucky camper Preston Overt with Leo Baron on the camera. They ride the entire camp of Woodward West throwing down some of the hardest tricks while keeping a fun vibe to the video.

Red Bull – Drew Bezanson: The Learning Curve – Ep. 5

Red Bull dropped the latest episode of Drew Bezanson‘s “The Learning Curve” has arrived. This time around Drew gives us a look at his progress that is very apparent at Joyride up in Toronto, followed up by some wild riding at a contest in Germany! Hit play and take it all in!

This week on The Learning Curve with Drew Bezanson, the Canadian begins to see the fruits of his labour while competing at the Swatch Prime Line in Munich, Germany.
With an early injury in the season and slow start in his first official contest at 26 Trix, the road to slopestyle glory has not been an easy one and Drew has paid in blood, sweat and uncharacteristically foul language.
After a bumpy start, a solid finish at Swatch Prime Line is just what he needed to get into his zone.
See how he fared in Germany in the video above.

Red Bull – Drew Bezanson: The Learning Curve Episode 4

The latest episode of Drew Bezanson‘s “The Learning Curve” series from Red bull has arrived. It looks like Drew’s plan to ride downhill bikes on top of BMX isn’t quite going to plan. We’ve honestly never seen Drew get so frustrated before, so this is definitely bringing out a whole different side of him. Hit play to see how things went for his first contest. Based off the teaser for the next video, it does look like things are starting to look up though!

It’s often said that 10,000 hours of practice are required to become a master in any field. In this latest episode of The Learning Curve, Drew Bezanson is trying to do it with just two hours of practice before his first official contest run at 26 Trix in Austria, and following a shoulder injury that knocked him out of the Swatch Rocket Air event before even getting started.
With a hectic schedule split between BMX contests and his slopestyle endeavors, Bezanson’s frustrations begin to boil over as he battles with the extremes of going from a fourth place finish at X Games on his BMX, to a less-than-stellar finish in his first recognised slopestyle contest.

Red Bull – Drew Bezanson “The Learning Curve” Episode 3

The 3rd episode of Drew Bezanson‘s “The Learning Curve” series from Red Bull gives us a look at Drew putting in some work at Joyride 150 to learn some of the tricks on the bigger bike, along with some insight as Drew deals with being sidelined from injury for the first time thanks to a crash at his first contest. Nobody said this was going to be easy…

On this week’s episode of The Learning Curve, we find Drew Bezanson putting in time at the Joyride 150 bike park warehouse, near Toronto, in Canada. With the mercy of a foam pit, Drew hucks his way to perfection as he prepares for competitive action.

Using the foam pit is key because of how fast I have to learn this stuff. If I was going to do it the old-fashioned way, on a regular jump, we probably wouldn’t be filming right now!
