Garrett Reynolds and Larry Edgar Win Simple Session 2017

The results are in for Simple Session 2017! As some of you may have guessed, Garrett Reynolds turned up the heat and took the win in the street contest after a few years off from taking the top spot at the contest. Then, Larry Edgar blasted all over the Simple Session 2017 course and ended up taking the top spot for the park contest! This was Larry’s first major contest win and it’s safe to say it was beyond well deserved! Above you can see Garrett’s winning run courtesy of Ride BMX and then you can get a look at part of Larry’s winning run in a clip from DIG. Expect a FLOOD of highlights from finals soon!

We were wondering when Vans would be uploading another section from their “Illustrated” video online for your viewing pleasure! In The Cut – Devon Smillie & Larry Edgar in the UK

A few weeks back, DIG dropped a new video from the Flybikes trip Devon Smillie and Larry Edgar took over to the UK for some shop stops. Hit play to get a little behind the scenes look with some B-Roll riding footage and random antics they got into off their bikes. After you watch this, make sure you give the Destination London video a watch!

“A few weeks back we premiered the excellent ‘Destination London’ video from Fly Bikes’ UK trip featuring Devon Smillie and Larry Edgar. The beginning of the trip didn’t go quite to plan with our guy Fred Murray having to take a flight back home soon as he landed, only to return back to the trip a few days later, but while he was there he managed to snag a bunch of behind-the-scenes footage for this In The Cut video. Devon and Larry couldn’t really ride any differently but this was a breath of fresh air and the whole thing turned out to be super fun. Here’s a quick look at what you did’t get to see in the main edit. Once you’re done make sure you check some photos from the tour, including Larry going to the moon at Dean Lane! Flybikes – “Destination London” featuring Devon Smillie and Larry Edgar

A little while back, Flybikes‘ Devon Smillie and Larry Edgar spent some time over in the U.K bouncing around to shops. While they were there they spent a bunch of time exploring spots! As you can imagine, these two had no problem stacking some amazing clips! Check out what went down!

“We had the pleasure of joining Fly Bikes’ Devon Smillie and Larry Edgar a few months back on a week long trip through the UK, hitting up some shops along the way. In between those stops we got some time to ride in the Big Smoke as well as a day in Bristol and those two unleashed their full arsenal. As you’d expect with Devon he did some crazy shit and put his spot usage bar to full while we got to see Larry show us he ain’t just a transition god. Don’t worry though, we took him to Dean Lane park for a NASA launch. Supreme camera work from Tonash and Spooky Black handles the noises. If you’re anything like us you’ll be watching this over and over. Look out for an episode of ‘In The Cut’ next week to find out what’s it’s like to be around the caffeine fuelled mind of Larry Edgar for a week!” – DIG

“Another trip, a new country, foreign surfaces beneath your wheels, that feeling of discovery, it’s the never ending pursuit we crave as BMXer’s. So, when Larry and Devon headed across the pond for a Flybikes retail tour, it was another amazing opportunity to get away and hit new spots, capture what England had to offer and bring it to you. Filmed in multiple cities, it was the final “Destination London”, England’s spot-gem capital that captured the guy’s imagination and was always the final goal.
