This past weekend was the grand opening of the new Source Park over in the U.K and it would appear we have the first (unless we missed another) BMX video to surface from the place! Vincent Doczekala and Robin Kachfi caught a plane over to Hastings, England for the event and were lucky enough to be one of the first to leave some scuff marks on the ramps. The incredible new Source Park will be opening its doors in just a few days! They have a bunch of stuff planned for the grand opening and it’s going to be a full house. They’ve set it up so you can book your spot for the session or sessions. If you’re in the Hastings area, there’s no doubt you will want to be at this one! “The Source Park will be opening on Saturday 13th February 2016. To mark this special occasion we have a number of top BMX and Skate pros in attendance on the Saturday which will be there riding/skating with you. Plus on the Sunday there will be the Fox team riding and hosting a signing/giveaway.
Spaces for the opening weekend will be limited so we suggest you use the booking tool to reserve your spot (or use it to see if that session is full). Please note that due to nature the opening weekend the sessions will be for BMX and Skateboards only. From Monday the 15th the regular schedule will be in place.”
Inside the World’s Largest Subterranean Skatepark

There’s a real interesting read on The Telegraph over in the U.K about Source BMX‘s new skatepark that they’re working on in the will be found in the old Victorian baths. It gives you some insight into the cost of doing the project and what it could mean for BMX, skateboarding and the city of Hastings as well as a little bit of their plans once the place is opened up to the public here soon. Source Park Grand Opening Information and Preview
A while back, we caught news that Source BMX Shop was looking at the Victorian baths as a possible location for their new shop and a one of a kid skatepark in the U.K. Well, a lot has happened since then! They got all the approvals, secured the funding and have been going to work non-stop to get the place up and running. They have announced that the grand opening will be February 13th, 2016 and we’re sure it’s going to be one hell of a celebration! Source BMX have released a number of preview photos and all the information over on their website for you to get a look at it — SOURCE PARK GRAND OPENING INFORMATION. We cannot wait to see some footage start popping up from the sessions that will be going down there soon..
Boyley Jam 2015 Highlights
Source BMX just put out their video from this years Boyley Jam! As expected, there was a huge turn out, a few crazy costumes and a TON of awesome riding that went down. We’re not sure who the guy is that did the rodeo grind, but that’s how you quickly become a favorite rider of ours. Hit play and take all this goodness in!
Dan Lacey on Source BMX

It looks like Source BMX have added the one and only Dan Lacey to their line up! Based off what the said when they made the announcement (below), we can expect a new video from Dan in the near future. We’re already anticipating that one to be an absolute banger. Get stoked!

Source BMX Shop and Skatepark in the Victorian Baths?

Our friend, Mark Sutton, over at Bike Biz tipped us off on some interesting news from our friends over at Source BMX over in Hastings, England! It looks like they’re working on making the move to a new historic location that will be revamped into their new store front and a skatepark! You can learn more all about it right here. We’re definitely excited to see what this place looks like once it’s finished up around November!
