Brian Wizmerski dropped a new BMX video online today featuring Van Homan, Brian Foster, himself and a few others cruising spots around Philadelphia over the course of 2015 that he collected on his iPhone. This has some awesome riding footage and plenty of lifestyle action to take in. Great watch from start to finish! We definitely wouldn’t mind seeing more from Wiz again!
“Insight” – Full Video
Ryan Navazio decided to release the entire “Insight” BMX video he worked on for Ride BMX that came out in 2007 online! This was a video that was stacked to the brim with talent from a lot of familiar faces and a few we haven’t heard or seen anything from in a couple years. Regardless, this one is an absolute MUST SEE. Especially for some of you younger guys just getting into BMX!

DIG just dropped the latest podcast that Shad Johnson did with the one and only Van Homan to talk about a ton of different topics from ay back in the day on up into more relevant topics today. Definitely worth hitting play and listening to this one!
“We sat down with Van Homan while he was visiting Portland late in 2015 and had one hell of an epic discussion. It feels like we covered almost everything and anything ranging from how much of a game changer Standard 3/8’s heat treated axle’s were when they came out, to the classic Trailblazin’ video, filming for both the Little Devil videos, keeping that mindset to keep pushing your riding as you get older, and so so many other things. Van just started talking before we were even ready to go so we just hit record. Enjoy this unscripted and open conversation with a truly influential game changing legend of our time.” – DIG
Fit Bike Co. – Rooftop Radness with Van Homan
We have seen some rad promos for signature complete BMX bikes in the past, but this might be one of our favorites. Watch as Van Homan puts his 2016 signature complete from Fit Bike Co. to good use at a crazy warehouse setup with ramps before taking it to the roof top to have some more fun. Looks like it’s one sturdy BMX bike to us.
“Van Homan’s always looking for an excuse to get rad and putting his signature completes through the paces on a Philly rooftop seemed like a good one.
The VH 1 has a 20.5 top tube and is available in Matte Clear and Matte Black. See all the specs here: http://fitbikeco.com/bikes-2016/vh-1/

“Van Homan has been wrecking rails and beasting the streets for sometime now… this section marked Van’s second NORA CUP winning Video Part of the Year over a decade after the first.

Van Homan Will Save Us
With DIG doing their Van Homan week, we couldn’t resist bringing back probably one of the most classic BMX videos to ever happen… Van Homan Will Save Us. If you’re looking for some laughs, you need to watch this! Although there’s a lot of references to things that were going on when this video came out in 2009 and industry guys you young guns might not know, it’s still hilarious. Get on that play button!
Pools Gold – Part 2
Here’s one we have been excited to see since Pools Gold Part 1 came out last week! Check out some more action from Van Homan, Jason Enns, Garrett Byrnes, Mike Escamilla and Rob Dolecki as they cruise a few more pools and do a little cleaning on one. Such a good BMX video. Watch this, then make sure you watch Pools Gold Part 1!
“Episode 2 of 2
Van Homan (FIT/Dans Comp), Jason Enns (Volume/Demolition) and Garrett Byrnes (T1), together on a Southern California adventure consisting of hopping fences and surfing some concrete waves? What is this, 2002?
Nope, this actually happened a few months ago early in 2015, though this was the first time all three have been on a trip together since the Criminal Mischief filming-era over a decade ago. And it was on the opposite end of the spectrum as what would normally be defined as a “filming trip.” It was more so essentially a week-long riding vacation (literally for Garrett), and these legends reminisced about old memories, and made some new memories to last a lifetime. Stew Johnson captured this experience for your viewing pleasure; hope you enjoy. Garrett’s MVP award is on the way… ”
Van Homan “2×4” Full Video Part
Who needs coffee when you have Van Homan‘s section from the old 2×4 Store DVD to watch! Talk about some serious heat. Get on that play button and watch this BMX video because it is absolute FIRE.
“Introducing a new video feature from DIG – ‘Memory Stick’ highlights some of our favourite video sections of all time both old and new-ish. Opening things up is none other than one of the most savage individuals to step foot on a bike, Van Homan and his section from the 2X4 video, released in 2008. Two By Four was Van Homan’s shop that was located in Pennsville, NJ (open from 2006-2012), and the self-titled release was their first and only full-length shop video. Filmed primarily on the east coast of the U.S. As you can see, Van put 100% into this part; the last few clips in particular bring the heat. Filmed by Brian Wizmerski, Darryl Tocco, and Ryan Navazio.” – DIG
