The Nowear crew are always putting on some amazing events. They just hit us up with info for their Bike Like A Girl contest going down June 26th next summer. It’s still a ways away, but they want to make sure all the girls are able to mark their calendars and get this weekend off. You can hit the FACEBOOK PAGE to get updates up until the contest! It’s rad to see this because there isn’t a ton of events for the ladies out there.
Subrosa caught up with Joris Coulomb to get a fresh Bike Check giving us a closer look at his current Noster III setup that he’s running! Adam Cox dropped this rad BMX video from a long trip him and Ed took to the U.K, France, Germany Spain and probably a few other places during their trip where they hit up skateparks and street spots, took in the sights and had what appears to be a ton of fun along the way. They came back with this video filled with the memories. Hit play and start planning your own European vacation.
“Ed and I decided after months of talk to leave our jobs and escape on a European Adventure! Our plan was simply to get a car and travel as much as possible in 10 weeks whilst seeing family and friends in various locations.
The hospitality we received from family, old friends and even new found friends was amazing, I think there would be too many people to name and thank but some day I hope to see you all again! I could write all day (but il save the Clichè boring talk) about how many beautiful places and people we’ve experienced in a short period… All sparked from wanting to ride bikes and travel.
Massive thanks again to all the extra welcoming humans out there through Europe

Volume Bikes and Demolition Parts‘ connect in France, Thomas Debatisse, coming through with a real dialed BMX video featuring footage of him throwing down at a handful of different skateparks and some trails. Thomas has a deep bag of tricks and he’s pretty good with a can of spray paint, too. Check it!
The annual contest at Ramp Riders isn’t happening, well, at least not the same one! Cody Dixon hit us with a flyer and some news about what the plan is. If you’re near St. Louis, Missouri on December 12th, you gotta make it to this… There’s no doubt that it will be a super good time! More info below along with the full flyer after the jump!
“This year ramp riders in St. Louis will not be putting on their annual Buck Nutty contest. So instead The Habo and Myself will be holding a jam, a day of just riding, jamming out with mini comps, such as drag racing, high air, lip tricks, street jam, find the secret tapes (yes you read that right) and a “Brake” battle for those of us who still have stoppers on our bikes. We are keeping the entry fees as low as possible, and are looking for any companies who would like to get involved with the jam as event sponsors! Evals BMX dropped this new video featuring Hann jansen and Paul Soderlund putting in some work on the Pretoria skatepark down in South Africa! Both of these guys cooked up some real solid clips worth taking a look at. Get on that play button and see what they got!

With the growing number of sprockets becoming available in Spline Drive and Socket Drive, it’s probably a good time for you to learn a little bit about it. Odyssey just released this new video featuring Jim Bauer giving you a little insight into the Socket Drive system (which also is compatible with Spline Drive thanks to adapter) and the installation process for one of their sprockets and their Thunderbolt cranks which utilize the system. No need for one of those bolts to keep that sprocket tight anymore.
