November 1, 2019

Odyssey BMX Sunday Bikes Glow In the Dark Kit BMX

Odyssey and Sunday Bikes coming through with a rad way to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the 41-Thermal heat treating process by doing a collaboration that looks wild! They’ve done the color on the Sunday Soundwave V3 frame, R25 and R32 forks, Super Highway and Lumberjack XXL bars and Thunderbolt + cranks in what appears to be a white color, but once the lights go out, the glow kicks in and based on the photo it looks bright! The kit isn’t available just yet, but it should be landing at BMX shops and mail-orders that carry Odyssey and Sunday worldwide soon. We’ll keep you posted. Until then, let us know what you think in the comments below!

Ghetto Ramps In Dirty Richmond

November 1, 2019

The final round of the 2019 FBM DIY World Championships went down at Powers Bike Shop in Richmond, and it was a wild one. Powers Bike Shop put together this edit from the weekend’s festivities from the jam on the ramps in the back of the shop to street sessions and the life music that went down at the after party. This looks like it was a damn good time, so hit play and take all 17 minutes of footage in!

“THE DIG X FBM D.I.Y WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP WENT OFF LAST WEEKEND AT THE SHOP!! Thank you to everyone that put time in working on the ramps, driving in from out of town, and to those who helped promote the event. It was amazing! We love you!!

Flybikes – Unexpected Indoor Session

November 1, 2019

This past summer most of the Flybikes team got together at their warehouse in Spain to spend some time cruising the local parks and getting some work done designing new products for the future. They caught a few days of sunshine, then the rain hit and they decided to convert the warehouse into their own indoor park! This video is a mix of footage from the nice days and the rainy days, and despite not the best weather, this video turned out real good!

Also, it’s cool to see the Coastin ramp get put to good use again! Check out How-To Build the Coastin’ Ramp if you’re interested!

“This past August after most of the team spent the weekend at the annual O Marisquiño contest in Vigo, Spain, we decided to have the team at our warehouse to spend some time working on new products and to have some fun on our bikes at some of the amazing local parks! We had a few good days of sunshine, then the rain started and we unexpectedly had to get creative to keep the fun going. We turned our warehouse into a spot to ride with ramps and ledges to ride! Here’s what Sergio Layos, Courage Adams, Teresa Azcoaga, Ruben Alcantara, Sem Kok and Pitu got into during the visit! Unfortunately Devon Smillie and Larry Edgar weren’t able to be here with us due to scheduling!

Despite a little rain, we still managed to have a great time! Enjoy!

CULTOWEEN 2019

November 1, 2019

The annual Cultoween Jam at the Vans park is always a jam worth hitting up! As expected, the place was packed and Cult’s Dakota Roche, Jason Watts, Sean Ricany and more were in attendance to throw down with all the guys that turned out! Hit play and check out all the riding and good times that were had!

Drifter Snow Bikes 2019 – Powder Highway Road Trip

November 1, 2019

Earlier this year BMX lost Drifter Dave, but the guys from Drifter Snow Bikes caught one last trip with him before his passing. This video gives us a look at just what these guys got into on a 8 day trip hitting up a handful of resorts to put their snow bikes to good use! With the cold temps hitting the northern hemisphere, this undoubtably will get some of you stuck in the snow hyped up! Hit play and take a look at what the Drifter Snow Bikes crew got into! Dave might be gone, but he won’t be forgotten and we’re sure the crew will be keeping his love of snow bikes going strong! Rest In Peace, Dave!

“This years trip took 5 of the Drifter crew on an 8 day marathon shredding 4 iconic ski resorts along the infamous Powder Highway. Riding from the Legend Drifter Dave, Dustin Cyganik, Shawn Lee, Maverick, and Liam Mulrooney

This video is dedicated to the memory of Drifter Dave – Pioneer, Godfather and Legend of BMX Snowbiking. It may be his last video but the great memories he created will live on forever…” – Drifter Snow Bikes

BCave – O.D.D StinkCave

November 1, 2019

The B Cave crew coming through with a rad edit from some time Dan Conway, Dillon Leeper, Shane Leeper and Joe Fowler spent cruising a DIY park in Philadelphia! This might be hard to believe, but there are more riders in this BMX video running brakes than there are brakeless guys, and that kicks a lot of ass. Check out what went down during the sessions they caught!

“We made our way down to Philly recently to link up with our southern cousins Dillon,Shane Leeper and Joe Fowler. Dan Conway treated us with some awesome hospitality and spots. Due to some heavy rain we found cover at one of the finer DIY spots around.” – BCave

Felix Prangenberg – Raw One Hunna

October 31, 2019

Freedom BMX coming through with another raw one hunna video for your viewing pleasure. This time around Felix Prangenberg catches a session with a few friends. The way it works, every trick Felix tries counts toward his 100 clip count, land it or not. Once they hit 100 filmed clips, they turn off the camera and call it a day. Needless to say, Felix had no trouble producing within the clip count max. Hit play to check out what went down!

“It was really unbelievable how many hard things Felix Prangenberg cut during the shooting of the first episode of our new video series “One Hunna” within a very short time in the skatepark on the racecourse in Neuss!

Here’s the raw version of the edit with almost all clips that Felix did not confess. As you can see, he seldom needed more than five attempts even for the toughest tricks. Geisterkranka!

PS: Tom Weikert, Killian Reichmeyer, Lukas Häusler and The Medialist drove of course out of competition, otherwise the series would probably be called “Two Hunna” or even “Three Hunna”.

Full Factory Oktoberfest 2019

October 31, 2019

When the Oktoberfest Jam goes off at Full Factory Distribution in California, you know it’s going to be a good time. Here’s a raw cut giving us a look at a bunch of the riding and fun that went down! Bikes, mini bikes and more. Hit play and take it all in!

“The annual Oktoberfest jam at Full Factory did not disappoint. A solid turnout with everyone shredding and having a good time and they had some fun themed competitions too—the high hop on the mid-school bike and 16″ bike were brilliant. Oh, and Denim Cox is totally nuts!

*Disclaimer* Here’s why this video took four days to come out… I woke up the day of the Oktoberfest jam greeted by the onslaught of the flu. I felt pretty shitty, but I pressed on to the event anyway, where I gave all the homies a fist bump and kept my distance. It was also close to 90 degrees without any shade for the first few hours—perfect way to bake the sickness right in. I ended up in bed from Saturday night through all day Wednesday—literally just trying to sleep and sweat it out. No work, no editing videos, literally just sleeping. But now, the video is finally done.” – Our BMX
