If you didn’t notice the post below, then you didn’t realize I was in Milwaukee this past weekend for the Verge Music Festival. 4Seasons and Jeff K did a real good job of making things happen for this. I’ve got about 30 photos over on the Dig site of my better photos from the weekend. After the jump you can see 75 not as better photos that are still pretty solid! Let me know what you think in the comments! Thanks!

Chase Zink Interview
For some reason over the years, Chase Zink has always stood out to me. I recall seeing footage of him in the old Michiana website and always thinking the dude was going to blow up because of how much style and talent he had on a bike. It’s been a little while since I’ve seen anything from him and I decided I’d see if he would be into answering a few questions. Luckily, Chase was into it and I’m psyched about that. Check out what he has to say, a few photos, and then leave him some love in the comments!

Tim Knoll Interview
Alright, flash back time. About 5 or so years ago when there was a demo at the mall here where I’m from being put on by DK that featured Tim, Vinnie Vasquez, Ron Thomas (I think), and Quinn Semling. Regardless, Tim was super dialed and fun to watch ride. I ended up chilling there all day with the guys and ended up talking to them and what not. But yeah, so fast forward a few years and I ended up keeping contact with Tim here and there. Then, last winter during BACO in Milwaukee, there was an after party at a bar and sure enough Tim was at the door. It was rad to catch up with him a bit and everything. Fast forward a bit more and a few days ago Tim had a real dialed edit drop that people were psyched on! I decided it was well overdue to get him some questions. Check out what he has to say, some photos, and that real good edit, then leave him some love in the comments!

Review: Cult Salvation Top Load Stem
Last September, Robbo gave me a little insight into his new life which is what everyone and their mother knows of as Cult now days. I was psyched about the plans when he told me about it, and now everything is a reality. I had their new Salvation top load stem show up in the mail and I figured I’d give you a closer look…

Zack Trnka Interview
I’ve been noticing Zack Trnka more and more lately. He’s definitely been on a level of progression that’s on a high pace. After his last edit, I knew he was well over due for an interview! I got some help from his brother Jesse with the questions and I think it ended up turning out awesome. So check out what Zack has to say, some photos and videos, then leave some love for him in the comments!

Blog: Slack? Maybe not.
I always feel like I’ve neglected this site when it goes 2 or so days without any fresh content… I take full responsibility. But, I do have a valid reason! The Dig site gets about 20 posts a day filled with videos, news, and original content that I post up. I’ve decided to compile the original content that I’ve produced on that site lately just to show that I’m not really slacking, I’m just hustling a lot on Dig! So, here’s that list… Oh, and expect a bunch of content for BMXunion coming in hot soon. It’s just a waiting game to get stuff back!

Review: Duo Stunner Tires
A few weeks back I received a little care package from Duo that had some fresh tires, grips, and one of those fancy Defgrip seats in it. I figured that I’d give the tires a review because I’ve been getting a lot of comments on them lately from people.

On the Horizon: Etnies
Flash back six or so years ago. Etnies was doing a team tour in their bus that made a stop at Jellystone skatepark in Warrens, Wisconsin. I’m about 15 and running a Macneil Ruben frame, wearing Etnies Ruben shoes, and sitting right next to Ruben Alcantara who is running his signature frame and wearing his signature shoes. I was so amazed that I could barely talk. That, and watching the whole team at that time really impacted me. I wore Etnies for a solid 6 years straight up until the recent chances to mix things up from some support from other brands the last two years. Needless to say, because of Etnies I got the chance to see some of my all time favorite pros ride in person, and that I’ve also been a big fan of the brand for years.
I was thinking that I haven’t bugged John Povah in a while and that made for a perfect excuse for me to find out more about Etnies and his role at the brand as well. So check out what John has to say, some photos of their new line, and then leave some love in the comments.
