The Ave BMX crew took a trip to Seoul, South Korea to see what the place had to offer for spots!

We’ve seen a handful of videos coming out of Seoul, South Korea over the years and it always seems like the place is amazing for riding with the endless spots. The AVE BMX crew decided to take a trip out to Seoul and see just what the place was like. Here’s a video giving you a look at what they got into during their stay! Looks like they had a great time on and off their bikes!

Matt Cordova On Verde Bikes

Matt Cordova is now doing it for Verde Bikes! It was announced back in December that Matt had parted ways with SE Bikes, and we figured it was only a matter of time before he found himself a new sponsor. Matt is a great fit for Verde with his smooth style that is so fun to watch, so we’re excited to see where things go with this new deal. Get the official word from Verde below!

Scotty Cranmer – Tire Ride Obstacle Course Challenge

Scotty Cranmer has a new double tire ride challenge for the guys to take on…

Whenever we see a new obstacle course challenge on Scotty Cranmer‘s channel, you know it’s going to lead to some laughs and good times. Today, Scotty had Cory Berglar, Big Boy and Matty Cranmer take on a double tire obstacle course that was a little intimidating and kind of sketchy. Check out how far the guys made it and who took the win.

“Today’s video is a good one! We did a sketchy tire challenge in the back of my bike shop using a bunch of random pieces of wood putting them in a line and attached by a couple screws! It was insane! 3 riders competed to see if they had the skills to make it further down the course than the other riders! The starting point was in the back of big boys truck and it featured a teeter totter and ended with a grind rail! We love BMX and have the best time filming these videos for you guys!” – Scotty Cranmer

Whenever Aaron Ross has a new video, you know you’re in for a treat! Here’s a look at his new “Still Standing” video that Odyssey BMX released that is jam packed with tricks and clips that Aaron has been wanting to get done for quite some time around his hometown of Austin, Texas, and a few during a trip to California. Awesome riding, great spots and some clean film work. You can’t pass up a combo like that!

Subrosa – Moritz Nussbaumer Welcome Video

Moritz Nussbaumer is officially doing it for Subrosa Brand!

It was announced a little while back that Moritz Nussbaumer had joined the Subrosa squad over in Germany, but today we get his official welcome video that is jam packed with dialed riding to bring the news. Moritz has been crushing it for years, so it’s no surprise to see that he got picked up by Subrosa. This video is a good reminder that he can slay rails, send big tailwhips and he’s not scared to send it on some gnarly setups! Hit play and enjoy!

Gorge Road Trails Closing Down and Moving

The legendary Gorge Road Trails will be closing down and finding a new home…

I woke up this morning to a message from my brother @lowellsmyth who lives in Queenstown and works at the Gorge Rd trails. Looks like the city council is moving the jumps to a new location. Really sad because they will never be the same. By the sound of the article it seems like they are on top of finding a new location. If you’ve been to Gorge you know how amazing these jumps are and you’ve seen them transform into what they are now. Let us all know when the last session is so we can try our best to make it there. You boys are all legends! Thank you for letting us be a part of one of the most magical places I’ve ever been to on a BMX.

Above is a news article that Anthony Napolitan shared about the legendary Gorge Road Trails closing down and having to move to a new location due to the city of Queenstown needing the space for infrastructure. It wasn’t a decision that was taken lightly and the city and everyone involved with the trails are actively working on a solution in the form of a new spot that they can re-build / build a new spot that is equally as incredible. We’ve seen hundreds of videos from the place and countless riders have hopped a plane to New Zealand specifically to ride this place, so the city understands just how much of an asset this place is for the community. We had heard some rumors about a year or two ago that eventually the trails would need to close down, but figured it was just a rumor or it wasn’t anything coming up soon. The time has come and they’ll have to relocate. We have a feeling Gorge Road 2.0 will be even more incredible.
