Kava Sharp 2017 Video

When you think of Hawaii, you probably don’t immediately think of BMX. The small islands might not be a BMX mecca like Barcelona or San Diego, but it definitely has some quality stuff to ride and there’s plenty of dialed riders there. Here’s a little proof of that in this new video featuring Kava Sharp putting in work at the skatepark and a few of the street spots. This is a real solid watch from start to finish and it definitely makes you want to see more from the place!

The Back Bone BMX crew starting your week off right! They just uploaded Tyson Jones-Peni‘s section from “The Back Bone Video” online for your viewing pleasure. “Next up with the release is Back Bone co-owner Mr.Tyson Jones-Peni. Tyson’s riding is as powerful and as badass as it gets. He leaves nothing left in the tank and isn’t afraid to try something that he has only thought as possible in his own mind.

A large percentage of these clips are close to first try (which is very lucky considering the gnarly nature of them) and Tyson covers all disciplines of riding in a very well rounded section.

When Tyson’s not working in the store and he’s on his bike, this is an accurate representation of his riding at all times.

The Hourglass Theory coming through with a fresh one featuring Brandon James going to work on street spots around Long Beach, California. We’re not all too familiar with Brandon, but based off this video, it’s safe to say we’ll be seeing plenty more of this guy in the future. Hit play to watch him cruise spots, putting his pegs and laidback style to good use on everything from rails and ledges to curb cuts and more.

Brandon is a young, well-rounded human hailing from Albuquerque, New Mexico, currently residing in Long Beach, CA. I first caught wind of Brandon AKA “Chief” through the modern day cliché of Instagram, I knew we had mutual friends in Albuquerque so it was pretty easy to assume we would get along great. As life goes, I was riding out in Long Beach one day and Chief rolled through the session, I was immediately hyped to finally meet him and chill. After several hours of hangs he peace’d out. When I got home I hit him up letting him know it was cool to finally meet him and that we should film something when I move to Long Beach. HE WAS DOWN.
Today I’m stoked to present “Jibz & Russian Cream.” This project only took two weeks from start to finish while showcasing what we aspire to do most, just have fun. From getting 5-10 clips every day, to being one of the most awesome people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with, Brandon “Chief” James is someone to keep your eye out for.
