The Bicycle Skateboard Flair

April 15, 2017

Yesterday we got a look at the Bicycle Skateboard that Big Boy cooked up. If you caught the video, you would have heard Big Boy call out a flair on this BMX bike with a skateboard for wheels. This video starts out with a few of the guys seeing what the setup can take. After a little session, we see if this thing can go upside down! Take a peek!

“So we built the bicycle skateboard and we managed to do a few flat ground tricks on it. At the end of the first video, Big Boy said that he wanted to take it to my skatepark and he called himself out on trying a flair on one of the ramps! So we got the crew together and met up at the skatepark and all the guys took their turns on trying their tricks. They managed to grind on it, do wall rides, and Big Boy even managed to break it! But after the session was over, Big Boy had one last trick to try. So we all followed him to his favorite ramp and watched him figure out his approach, but in true Big Boy fashion, he tried it without any practice and he crashed his first attempt. He got up with the fire in his eyes and he managed to successfully flair on the bicycle skateboard! We had so much fun riding it and plan on taking it all over to other skateparks.” – Scotty Cranmer

FloriDeah – A Rail Into Water

April 14, 2017

We’ve seen plenty of Lake Jumps in the past, but we don’t think we’ve seen a rail off a roof into water before, haha. Trey Jones uploaded the latest FloriDeah video where Jabe Jones, Sean Ricany and Trey alll put a Subrosa Street Rail to good use, off a roof and into the water! Take a look at what went down! Literally… Down into the water. This looks like it was a good time! Minus the bikes sinking.

Alec Siemon For Sunday Bikes

April 14, 2017

Alec Siemon drops some serious hammers…

Sunday Bikes just released this banger of a BMX video featuring Alec Siemon going to work on the streets for well over half a year. If Alec isn’t quite on your radar just yet, this video should definitely do the trick because there’s some incredible riding in this one! Hit that play button to see some serious grind and tailwhip combos, spins galore and more.

“I can’t say how long we’ve been filming this because honestly I lost count after six months. Originally we were filming for a mixtape with all the homies but Ale was the only one stacking clips. So, I put the clips together one night and showed him the timeline the next day, and we went from there. What can I say, it’s not easy filming Ale and his long neck. Watching him bust these clips out in front of the Canon was insane. Definitely an amazing experience stuffing the good ol’ Kia, driving out, and not returning until we got the clip. Shoutout to DLTD for keeping me in check when the days got rough. Now sit back and relax BECAUSE NOSE WHIP IS HERE TO STAY!” – Vicktor Flores

The Bicycle Skateboard

April 14, 2017

It looks like Scotty Cranmer and Big Boy have decided to get creative again. About a year ago Scotty made the Nose Wheelie Adaptor, now it looks like Big Boy decided he wanted to see how well a Bike and a Skateboard work together as one. This video takes us through the process that it took to build it, followed up with Big Boy giving it a test. Will it work? Hit play to find out!

UPDATE: Want to see if Big Boy can do a FLAIR on this thing? WATCH THE VIDEO HERE.

“We have been talking about making this bicycle skateboard for a while now and after hearing big boy big begging me for the chance to finally make it this week we decided to give it a try! We started out with one of my old BMX bikes we took the wheels off and the sprocket and chain then we took a skateboard from my bike shop and cut it in half then bolted a set of fork mounts to the skateboard and then we rigged up a bicycle seat post from the fork tube to the skateboard and decided it was ready for a trial run! To our surprise it’s seem to hold up well enough to try some tricks on it! Big boy was able to do a Bunnyhop/ollie, a 180 to half cab out, a 360 on flat, and even managed to do a 50 50 grind on a flat rail! I had my doubts but the skateboard bike did work and we had a lot of fun building it! Big Boy even called himself out to try a flair on it in the next video at my skate park! I am so excited to see it go down!”
